You will enjoy this well kept and beautifully decorated unit on one of the coast's most beautiful areas! It is an end unit in the Sandpiper Run section which provides a bay window so you can enjoy taking in the bonus views of the surrounding properties, tennis courts, green spaces, etc. Located on the second floor it is accessible by the elevators or just a quick couple of steps up the stairwell which is next to the front door.
This spacious unit has all the feelings of a beach house. Plenty of space to satisfy the needs of family and friends with all the amenities of being part of a condo association. Enjoy cooking/dining in the free flowing kitchen and breakfast area and then step out on the balcony to relax overlooking the pool and the ocean. Need extra ice for the coolers for a day on the beach? No problem, there's not only an ice maker in the refrigerator, but also a separate ice machine. You've got easy access to the beach with the private walkway or just hang out by the huge pool which is just steps from the building. The pool area also has a covered deck section to enjoy a meal at one of the tables or take your chair off to the side and enjoy that book you have been meaning to read. Grilling is permitted (in the grass areas only) so don't hesitate in packing you portable grill.
Master BR (with balcony access and ocean view) has a king bed and a private bath with a separate shower and tub. BR #2 has a queen bed and private bath with access to the hall. BR #3 and BR #4 have twins each with adjoining bathroom between them. All bedrooms have cable TV with remotes. Den has large TV with DVD player. Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen and wet bar.
This rental includes admission to all the resort amenities such as Health Club, indoor pool, game room, tennis courts, fishing lake, business center, day spa, Starbucks with Wi-Fi, and the wonderful "Pool & Play Plaza" waterpark located by the hotel suites which is a true kid-pleaser! Daily housekeeping, linen & maintenance services provided by the Resort are included in the daily rate. Rates subject to 7% state tax and 8% resort fees.
