First floor has two bedrooms with two baths, formal dining room, large gourmet kitchen with ocean view, large living area with fireplace and sliding glass doors that disappear into the wall leaving a spectacular view from the living area right out into a spacious deck.
Deck has granite counter and built-in Viking gas BBQ - and the entire ocean, jetty, and Catalina views. Second level (top floor) is the master bedroom with a very large bathroom and walk-in shower with two showerheads and 3 windows with ocean view, walk-in closet, computer work area, and large bedroom with fireplace. All of this upstairs and french doors leading to an additional deck with more fantastic views.
This house is located on a gated private road with code access.
