Beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa. Completely renovated – everything is brand new! Special touches everywhere you look! Master includes king bed, 32“ flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, access to covered balcony. The second bedroom nicely accommodates 2 Full size beds.

Fully equipped kitchen and the dining area comfortably seats 10. The living room offers leather sofa and loveseat, fireplace, and 42“ flat screen HD TV, access to the covered balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Also included is cable and wireless internet.

Located on the top floor - 3rd – this Villa is easily accessible from the parking garage via elevators. Spectacular view - Overlooks one of 2 outdoor swimming pool/hot tubs and across Lake Travis to Paleface Park. Some of the best sunsets on Lake Travis!

The Island is located in Lago Vista, TX, which is located on the north shore of Lake Travis. With the recent opening of Hwy 183A Toll Road we are about 30 minutes from Austin.

Gated and Beautifully Landscaped, The Island boasts 2 outdoor swimming pool / hot tub / fountains, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna. Full service SPA - by appointment. BBQ area, Shuffle Board, Tennis Courts (we include 4 racquets w/balls for your use). 2 Golf courses in Lago/Pt. Venture.

On site boat ramp and marina for ease in launching boats & jet skis. Boat slip available for $50 per night and kayak rental for $20 per day.

  • Vacationed: June 22-25, 2009 This room looks great on the internet, but is even prettier in person. We fully expected to see Ty Pennington at any moment. An Elegant Home and Garden showroom! I want to redo my house with everything. Even though the lake is very low the view was so spectacular on this side you cant even tell.Everyone was extremely friendly. It was not very crowded and we really enjoyed being greeted by all the family of deer. We will definitely be back!
