This little casita is in the perfect location midway between beach and town, close to everything. Walking to the beach for a surf or some food on the pier or in town, our stay was joyous and very relaxing. The house has got all facilities required and the queen bed nook is great. The owners are helpful and extremely friendly and made our stay even better. We highly recommend staying in this casita or one of the others owned by these two fabulous people!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, infant son and myself stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. It is cozy, close to stores and a quick walk to the beach. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very accomodating. We had a great time and recommend this place to anyone in need. Much better than staying in a hotel!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family and I loved staying here. It was very cozy and charming, with an old Spanish architectural style and fully appointed with everything we needed. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do so we will definitely come back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We loved this little casita- it's nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable , and has lots of character! The deck overlooks a lovely open space, and there is a nice barbecue and eating area for us to use. There was plenty of room for 2 , and felt very "homey". We will be back. thanksRecommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed in this condo with my husband, mother-in-law and three small children. I signed the contract with all six names listed. When we arrived at the condo first appearance was small but had a bad mildew smell. We aired out the place and moved in. When we dug deeper we found dirty dishes, cobwebs and dust all over the place. We swept the floor and found tons of dust balls, food, sand and garbage. When we returned home I sent an email to the owner nicely telling her that it needed to be deep cleaned and she sent me back a nasty email calling me dishonest. She then told me that I was in violation of our rental contract because of the six people and she would not be returning our deposit. I would never recommend to anyone to stay in any of the condos owned by this couple. What a bad experience.Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: "This is like the person that goes out to eat, eats the whole meal and than complains and wants a refund." This family stayed for a whole week and not once complained. I asked how their trip was when they checked out and not a word of their complaints listed in review."How interesting." Sorry to say that I learned my lesson not to "MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO THE 4 PERSON MAX RULE." We have so many great and wonderful renters that return with high reviews of our cute and clean places! To bad there is "one rotten apple in the bunch."

Our 2 daughters thoroughly enjoyed their 12 day stay at your property. The location was so convenient and they found they could easily walk to so many great shops and interesting restaurants. The pier and beach were also a frequent choice for their afternoons. The casita itself supplied everything they could want or need and they couldn't say enough about how much they loved it. We will definitely want to return, as a family, sometime soon.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: San Clemente is a great location for the "Small town beach atmosphere." Both our boy's have enjoyed playing on T-street beach down the street two and half blocks, and learing to boogie board and surf.
Why the Owner Chose San Clemente:
This casita was the last one we remodled. It has so much charm and character. We retiled the kitchen and the bathroom with orginal hand painted tiles that we drove down to Mexico to have designed for the place. This property has a great tropical feel/decoration and is also on the Historical registry of homes in San Clemente.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
This property hangs off the Trafalgar Beach Canyon. It makes for a really nice lush, quite back drop and we loved the view so much we created a patio sitting area for our guest to also Enjoy! We have a common BBQ and tables and chairs for all to enjoy the outdoor living that the great weather in San Clemente has to offer.
