1927 Historical building completely retiled and remodeled with all the amenities of home. Quaint old wood burning fireplace adds to wonderful charm of this Casita. This one room/nook bedroom has a queen sized mattress sleeping area in addition to a full sofa bed couch in the living room area. Hutch with TV/DVD/VCR and cable along with Wi-Fi access. Full kitchen with sitting bar area. The Bathroom is newly retiled with a large "original porcelain tub/shower."
Great location for walking to beach, downtown (Del Mar Ave. where you can dine at local restaurants and shop at quaint boutiques.) Disneyland, Lego Land, Sea World San Diego Zoo, all a quick drive to visit. Jump on the "Surfliner Amtrak train that stops right in front of the San Clemente Pier and travel up or down the coast to any of the above fun destinations.
Dana Point Harbor 5 miles north which offers whale watching, Dolphin excursions, and The Ocean Institute and Aquarium to visit. Rent jet skis, wave runner or go fishing on half day boats out of the harbor or learn to sail. Jump on the Catalina express out of Dana Point Harbor and visit local "Catalina Island" for a fun So. Cal excursion to local island fun where some of the best free diving or scuba diving experiences can be had.
Famous World class surfing beaches south 3 miles at San Onofre, & Trestles surf beaches. 8 miles of new beach walking/bike riding trails parallels beach just down the street.
