Wow. That was the first impression. It just got better from that point. Next comment was "it goes on forever". We stayed in a third floor unit in phase I previously, this one was so much handier as we had a 6 and 8 year old. They did not want to leave. We did not feel threatened in Mexico, even though we were there during Spring Break. I can see why some parents would be concerned about letting their older teens go on a vacation by themselves, so take them with you. It was a great vacation for us and we had 3 generations. The condo, the location and the people were great. Thanks Ben, we will return and hopefully to your condo. It was first class. The Canadian Snowbirds and family.

Great early spring break stay with family

Condo had it all. King/queen bunk was a big hit with the kids. Wave runner rental with dolphins swimming all around was memorable. Packed light, bought food at local grocery, and we were on the beach. Great trip. Felt safe throughout. We had way more fun on our warm beach than our friends had wearing coats on the beach in San Diego same week. We are going back down this week

We have stayed at your 1 bedroom and now your two bedroom. Both were terrific. There were 5 of us on a 5 day, four night vacation. The two bedroom has tremendous views and the added bonus of being on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was very clean. We used the grills that were just outside the front door. The heated pool and jacuzi were wonderful. It was great having a large comfortable patio. We hope to return soon.

Great being on the ground floor! No hassle with going up and down the elevators to bring your stuff in and pack it out- just back up in the lot and unload. Fantastic large patio that looks out over the pool area through huge sliding glass doors that open the living room to the patio.

This unit was fabulous So conveniently located to enjoy all the resort has to offer. If you forget to bring something to the beach or pool...no problem The unit is beautiful and has everthing you could possibly need. Awesome place to stay

The best place I ever been in Penasco. I stayed there last year with my family; this is a luxurious place, where you have easy acces to restaurants, pool or the firness center, this condo is well mainteined by the owner also have plenty of games. My children played the whole day in the pool or in the condo with the table games provided by our guests; also they have a good selection of movies, and the sound!! Come on is BOSE sound, we spend great days there. By the way the place is better than in the pictures, you will be amaze when you visit this place. 110% recommend.

We spent four days in this two bedroom ground floor unit over Labor Day weekend. We have rented many units at Las Palomas, AND THIS IS BY FAR OUR FAVORITE! We loved being on the ground floor; right next to the pools and the beach. The patio is shaded most of the day. The condo was immaculate. It is furnished very tastefully and simply, with no huge ornate vases taking up too much room. We enjoy cooking, and the condo has everything you need. There was a problem with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, which was repaired quickly. We always feel very safe at Las Palomas. We can't wait to go back to this unit!

This ground floor unit was the gathering place for our extended family of 10. It worked out fabulously. Plenty of room for cooking, eating, playing games. The appliances were new and ample, the unit was clean and the housekeeping staff kept it that way. The "bunk bed" was perfect for our two teenagers. With a king and queen, how could it not? Prior to our visit, Ben was prompt and patient with my many questions. We have stayed at Las Palomas in the past and those units were fine. This one will be our first choice in the future.

Family Vacation

Best vacation ever, we stayed for 7 nights. J101 was beautifully located, we had other family members in a another condo, but ours quickly became the gathering place because of the location, size and convenience as it is steps away from the pools and beach. One of the nice features is that our patio was always in the shade no matter what time of day and because of the location of the unit we never had to lock up the patio doors, we had full view of our room from the pool areas. The instuctional frames that were placed throughout the condo were very helpful in operating features ie. TV, airconditioning, laptop, lights etc. We were pleasantly surprised that the gas barbaque grills were maintained daily by the hotel staff. Hotel staff was always available for help and the security was always present. Once when my wife had to go out to the parking lot at night to get something from the car, a security gaurd showed up withing seconds to find out if she was alright and stayed and waited till she got back into the condo safely. This trip was for relaxation and fun, the patio furniture was great for relaxing and reading and very peaceful. Ben was extremely quick and effecient in answering any questions or problems we had via e-mail, thank you Ben for equipping the condo with the laptop, could keep in touch with family back home because of this. Thank You Ben for a great vacation, we will come back and highly recommend your condo.

We couldnt be more pleased with Ben's 2 bedroom condo that we recently stayed in. Everything was perfect! We plan to stay there again next year. The location was outstanding! A moving experience

I have an unusual review in that we were there during the earthquake Easter 2010! We were relieved that there were no issues with the buildings and the staff handled the situation very well--evacuating, checking, etc. The condo itself was wonderful and I'm not sure we'd stay anywhere else. It's location is perfect and we were THE place to gather for the group we were with. It was very comfortable, roomy, convenient, and everything worked just perfectly. The TVs/sound system is state of the art and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, an awesome place to enjoy Rocky Point!

We stayed here for three nights Feb 26-28th 2010. This condo was immaculate and very clean. All of the fixtures and appliances are brand new and top-notch. The ground floor is the only way to go in my book, as you can come and go as freely as you choose without having to lock up or do elevators/stairs. With the queen size bunk over the top of the king in the guest room we slept 6 very comfortably. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This condo was well appointed and impeccably clean and appealing. There are lots of little touches that made our stay extra nice, like a PC with high speed Internet (including WiFi), and labels on switches and plugs so we'd know what we were dealing with. The decor was lovely, and the sound system (Bose) was just awesome. A real winner!

This is my second stay in one of Ben's properties and ,once again, I'm very satisfied. The condo is beautifully furnished with mattresses that are heavenly. Our 6 year-old loved your supply of games and DVDs. The kitchen was a joy to work in. Great appliances, good cutlery, well stocked with utensils. The computer came in handy as one of our group had to leave early and we stayed in touch via E-mail. It was a very good stay and I would recommend this resort and this property ,in particular, to anyone. Thanks for the great break!

The pictures of this condo do not do it justice! We have stayed at other condos in Los Palomas and this is the clear winner. Our children loved walking out on the patio and jumping into the lazy river. The bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom was wonderful for the children. You will not want to come back home after your stay here. We will be back.

We stayed in J-101 from July 5th to July 13th 2009 and everything from the condo to the resort was wonderful. Service at the resort quick and always friendly. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could want. All the beds were so comfortable.....not just the master. The location of the condo was more than perfect. I looked at 4 other resorts on Sandy Beach while I was there and nothing compares to Las Palomas or this condo. We will be renting J-101 again in December and for all our future trips to Rocky Point. Thank you Ben for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

The 2 BR/2BA Las Palomas ground floor condo was fabulous. We were right off the pool area and steps from the beach! The condo itself was well stocked and had pretty much everything needed for a great vacation! The staff at Las Palomas was also fantastic! They were friendly and VERY helpful. We will definitely rent from this owner again!

This 2 br/2ba condo is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The owner has done an excellent job making this condo comfortable. This condo being on the ground floor makes it all that much better. The patio of the condo is steps from the pool and there is a nice grass area off of the patio. We found this especially nice for young children to play. There is a tremendous amount of space in this 2 bedroom condo. The bathrooms and living area is very spacious. The resort itself is very safe and well taken care of and well groomed. I would recommend this condo and resort to all that are interested in staying Rocky Point Mexico.
