This spacious two bedroom, two full bath, Condo is centrally located in Dillon, CO. It is on the second floor, an end unit with wonderful natural light. It offers a wood burning fireplace, open kitchen area, deck with table and chairs, and plenty of parking. There is an inviting club house with an indoor pool and two hot tubs..
It has views of Lake Dillon and Keystone Mountain, as well as views of Dillon. Located directly across from Dillon Amphitheatre and within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Paved bike trails to Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail are in front of the condo. The condo is 5 Miles from Keystone, 7 miles from Copper Mountain, 9 miles from A Basin, 12 Miles from Breckenridge, and 35 miles from Vail.

Note: There are two managers, one on-site . Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.

Hello, being a ten year old it`s the best place any kid could be and for adults it's relaxing also anything is in walking distance right in front of the condo is the indoor swimming pool its awesome and mostly incredible and fantastic i give it a big thumbs up for anybody who wants to rent it it`s like a world of happiness forever and it will stay in your mind no matter what. Hi, I'm the Mom of the happy 10 year-old girl who wrote that and I give this condo 6 stars too. The location is perfect, the condo is spacious and comfortable and the setting by lake Dillon is absolutely beautiful.. It was a pleasure to cook in the well-stocked kitchen where we found cereal, cocoa and snacks plus all the basic items you might need including a nice assortment of spices. We shopped at the nearby City Market and had some memorable meals cooked on the outdoor gas grill. (corn on the cob wrapped in butter and foil was everyone's favorite) Dillon is the perfect home base for day trips in the area. Rocky Mountain National Park, Breckenridge and Idaho Springs gold panning were some we chose this time, although the condo was so nice we spent a lot of our time just relaxing and exploring the Dillon/ Frisco area. This condo has EVERYTHING you need for the perfect family vacation.It was a little slice of heaven.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

My family spent a week in the condo...spacious, convenient, well supplied with kitchen items and bath. Great for children...right across from private pool. Lovely view from balcony and short walk to park and amphitheater. Owners very interested in our comfort and needs for great vacation. Lovely furniture and lots of kitchen supplies.Would highly recommend this condo. Great location - walking distance to restaurants, park, lake and theater.Lovely setting...Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed in this condo in June and had a great time. The condo is on the lake near the marina. It is an end unit with only a limited view of the lake but has nice windows in the living room and a view of a mountain range. The listing photos are representative of the unit. The unit was clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had ample utensils, the pool and hot tub were across the street. The first day we were there, June 20, it snowed. To say the least we were not prepared for snow but the rest of the week was beautiful. Dillon has great hiking and biking. The last night we were there, the amphitheater had a beer/country music festival. We watched a beautiful sunset. Our last day we also rented a sail boat. You must either be certified or else pass a test to rent a sailboat. Sailing was a little tricky because of the shifting winds. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. I would recommend it to my friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

We are a family of 4 and visited Dillon from June 7 - 14. This condo was the perfect location for biking, hiking, sightseeing, and white water rafting. The condo is very comfortable and in a nice quiet setting. Views of Lake Dillon from the deck and a paved trail for bike or walking starts at the end of the building are just a few of the amenities. The owners are very easy to work with and were committed to helping make our vacation an enjoyable one. This was our first visit to this area in the summer as we usually visit Summit County in the winter for skiing. We will definitely visit again, but hopefully stay longer next time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: We have enjoyed renting this condo and having family fun together. This spring we bought the condo and are looking forward to being together next winter.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Cliffe:
We shopped for other condos, but we realized how pleased we were with this condo and its location. We are especially fond of walking along the lake, strolling to near by restaurants, and walking to the Dillon Theater for marvelous productions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are in the process of 'dressing up' the condo. It now has new fruniture, which our daughter says makes the living room look grand. We have just completed a major mini project and now have a washer and dryer in the unit.
