Recently stayed at this property for holiday vacation and could not have been happier. The pictures depicted on the listings were competely accurate. I could'nt wait to sit on that patio and I was not disappointed. That view was the best christmas present ever. We cooked a lovely Christmas dinner for 9 and there was plenty of room for all. We went to Passe Grille for drinks at a roof top bar and could see for miles. Ate at the Wharf, Tues fish fry, could not believe how cheap and delicious, and the waterfront view was awesome. Across the street from condo was the Undertow bar, best wings and selection of beers on strip, no car needed. Take a stroll thru the Don Ceasar and go back in time ,restored to perfection. Overall a wonderful place to visit and the most excellent condo to relax in. Thanks Annie,hope to see you soon. Sunny Sue

Awsome! Close to everything! Loved seeing the dophins and manatee right from the balcony. Condo was top notch and the weather too. Always a nice breeze, we hardly had to use the AC at all. Loved it!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We rented this lovely condo for the month of March 2011. Really fantastic experience, the condo is just what you see in the photos. Clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, beach bars and grocery/pharmacy stores. Walk across the road to a beautiful beach with the softest sand, friendly places to stop for a drink and umbrellas to rent. Fortunate enough to have met the owners, friendly and responsive.

We spent 10 days at this comdo during April 2010, and we enjoyed it very much.. This is a fully updated condo with a beautiful kitchen, and nicely tiled bathrooms. The best feture is still the coverd patio with the beautiful view. The only shortcoming is the lack of a swimming pool. But the beach is just across the street, and there is easy public access,

he condo was great!! (unit 110) it had everything we needed and more; a beautiful waterfront view, peaceful surroundings, handicap accessible, the beds are very comfortable, the unit is spacious, and it even had fishing equipment. ( I caught 5 porgies..?) ? The neighbors are quiet and the place is clean. I'll be going to St. Pete Beach just to stay at the condo again it was truly a wonderful place. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sun Harbor.

The condo was great. It was so relaxing in the morning and evening sitting out on the patio. The first morning we seen 2 dolphins. We could not have found a better place for the family to stay. It was well worth the price. We will definitly stay here again.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! Went down with some friends. Thoroughly enjoyed the living space and the wonderful patio. Sat on the patio all day on Saturday talking and catching up; saw lots of dolphins! The inside was very comfortable; as were the beds. Only thing would recommend they put at least one alarm clock in the condo.
