Why the Owner Chose Morro Bay
Since we love Morro Bay so much and since it is only a couple of hours from our house it is easy to travel there often. We also love the food and the harbor sites. The beach is very relaxing and peaceful yet there are fun things to do also like wine tasting, antique shopping, going to the movie etc. The weather is consistenly 65 - 68 degress which is wonderful since we live in a hot spot. The residents are friendly and life is a slower pace.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Relaxation sets in as soon as you walk in the door. There is comfortable, elegant furniture, a gas marble fireplace and a lot of nautical accents. Sit back, pour a glass of wine and make plans to explore or to just do nothing. We provide an orientation binder so you will feel like a local as soon as you arrive with suggestions for restaurants and activities. We supply just about everything you need for a stress free vacation. We love walking to Big Sky and have mocha latte in the morning overlooking the harbor with seals and reading the newspaper. It is a short walk to the embarcadero where all of our favorite restaurants are as well as wine tasting. We also walk to the antique shops and the movie theater. The fog horns and seals barking lull us to sleep when I leave the bedroom windows open. The fireplace is cozy on cool evenings. Since we manage the unit ourselves we can offer a superior location and quality of unit for a reasonable price.

We have loved Morro Bay for over 40 years. We also love to travel everywhere with in the United States and especially Europe outside of the states. My husband proposed to me at Windows on the Water. This is our second home and we love coming to Morro Bay!! This was our first year renting out our condo and we were a little nervous. We decorated and furnished it like it was for just us. Our wish is to share our home with people who will appreciate it and take care of it. We have enjoyed hearing people say they want to come back again!
