The Villa Franco is all one level, with living, dining and kitchen open to the many windows facing the south and the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped kitchen, a full laundry area, a master suite with room to spread out, including a separate tub and large shower. The guests bedrooms have their own baths, and one guest bedroom has two double beds, and the other bedroom has one queen bed. This unit will sleep 8-10 comfortably. During the cool evenings of fall, winter and spring, the gas fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere. Our condo is fully equipped with all you need to bring is your personal affairs and food. We have TV's in every bedroom and one in the living area. A pool in the complex leads you to the private access to the beach. There are ample parking spaces located in the gated complex, and across the street you will find an array of boutique shops, restaurants, coffee shops and artist galleries.
