This second floor Condo with a beautiful waterfront view is located on a basin of the 240 foot Rubican Canal and is only a short boat ride from our condo dock for Gulf of Mexico access. Great viewing of sunrise and moon shimmer on the water from a large screened lanai. Solar heated pool. There are only eight units in the complex.
Our Condo is near historic sights, such as The Edison and Ford homes. Cruises are available to Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa and Key West. Beautiful beaches include Fort Myers, Sanibel and Cape Coral. Two dinner theaters, museums, great restaurants, and shopping are near by. There are wildlife preserves, a planetarium, The Shell Factory and Petting Zoo close by. Many public golf courses in the area.
You will be only (20) minutes to Fort Myers Airpost (RSW), short trip to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Nearby cities are Naples (30 miles). Tampa (129), Orlando (156), Fort Lauderdale/Miami (150) and Key West (239 miles). Fort Myers is winter home to two major league baseball teams and the Everblades Hockey team. Many fun things to do.
This is a minimum 3 month rental. Our condo is rented for Jan-March 2010 but is available for Jan-March 2011. Please contact us if you are interested.

- Lanai: The lanai is very spacious, fully screened and carpeted. It has storm shutters if needed. There are two ceiling fans with lights. The lanai is directly open to both the living room and the master bedroom through sliding glass doors. Opening the sliding glass doors, makes the living space very large and airy. The lanai is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Ideal for having meals while enjoying the view of the canal and pool. There is a lounge chair for relaxing or a nap.
