This beautiful custom home has a private 6 person hot tub and several private decks with beautiful panoramic lake views.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is very private, great location for kids to play in the forest and plenty of parking.
The main kitchen is a full gourmet with all the utensils and surrounded by custom wood counter tops. The dining room is completely open with spectacular views of Lake Tahoe from all angles. Directly off the kitchen is seating for 8. There is also seating at the bar for 4. Additional tables and chairs are provided upon request.
Off the kitchen you will find two cozy and inviting living rooms with several couches, central gas fireplace, single chairs. If you sit near the bay windows in the comfy sofas you can also get a bird's eye view of all of the lake with our telescope.
Downstairs you will find a cozy den as well as our custom game room with indoor pool, sauna, pool table and shuffle board. In the game room is also a bar area with seating for 4. In the game room and den there are 2 queen size sofa sleepers.
There are taxis and private shuttles that will take you to and from the house for very little. This house is NOT on any type of shuttle or bus route. This house is ideal for the weekend getaway of skiing in the winter and relaxation in the summer.
