Stunning bay views and duck feeding.
Second level has master bedroom with master bath with sliding doors to enclosed lanai overlooking bay. Two additional bedrooms with one more bath on this level. Bed linens are provided. Please bring your own towels.
First level has one bedroom, living room, kitchen and laundry with sliding door access to boat dock and patio on either end and completely private inground swimming pool on other end. Property close to beach, divine restaurants and wonderful shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Caine Woods
Our family has always owned a vacation home in Ocean City from the times the kids were little to now when they bring their children and their children's children! We love Caine Woods because it's in such a lovely quiet neighborhood, away from the highway, and so close to anywhere you could possibly want to go!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love spending the day at the beach and coming home and jumping in the pool. Then we head upstairs to start grilling our dinner on the upper balcony, feeding the ducks from our boat dock (be sure to bring several loaves of bread for them) and watching the stunning sunset!
