This single-story extra large 3 bedroom (2 bedroom, plus one smaller office/room with dbl. bed), 1 bath home is nestled under tall pines on the corner of a quite neighborhood in the Garden District of CDA. Located only 4 blocks away from the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene and Sherman Avenue, where you'll find restaurants, shops, bars, the lake, the beautiful local resort and more!
Our cozy home has an old-fashioned, country feel to it with its high ceilings, original wood floors, large front porch, and bright, open windows on all sides. The interior has been remodeled and equipped with new beds and furniture and has is filled with warm colors to make you feel right at home. With two queen beds, one double bed and a queen sofa sleeper; the house accommodates 7 people comfortably (8 with small children). The large kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make you feel right at home and the indoor laundry room and private fenced back yard are a great bonus!

Why the Owner Chose Coeur d'Alene
Our daughter and son-in-law have a home down the street and we travel to Coeur d'Alene often. Having a home in the area is convenient and we rent it out for CDA vistors who'd like a more comfortable stay where they can be close to family and friends, without the hassles of a Hotel. We hope to retire in Coeur d'Alene and eventually call our house "home."
The Unique Benefits at this House
It's in a nice family neighborhood, close to everything and the shady corner is great during the hot summer season. The house has an older, rustic feel to it with a new, upgraded interior that is warm and comfortable so everyone feels at home.
Walking distance to the resort year-round! The blocks are very short (5 min walking)
