All bedrooms contain TVs and ceiling fans. Gourmet kitchen features professional series appliances with double oven, granite countertops, table that seats 8, and 2 barstools. Formal dining room also seats 8.
Family room has 50" plasma television and plenty of space for relaxing. Private back yard contains large covered porch with comfortable furniture, separate patio with table and chairs, and new gas grill. Home also includes separate formal living room and covered front porch. Almost all furniture, mattresses, and decor are new.
Rental also includes use of our 4-passenger golf cart (neighborhood features golf-cart lane.) Daily or occasional maid service is available for an additional fee upon request.
