Our family loves returning to this beautiful condo. The beaches are great we enjoy the sand, waves, and riding jet skies. In the evening time the kids enjoy the heated pool while mom finds time to shop the outlets just a block away. This place is just a little Heaven on earth!

Even the uncooperative weather couldn't make this trip unpleasant. We arrived the day before a predicted stormy Sunday, so we spent our first day forced to relax! We took in an early movie at the IMAX theater close to the condo. Then we spent the rest of the day enjoying the waves roll in, the view from the comfy sofa was ideal. We spent lots of time during the week on the balcony watching the dolphins play. Our experience was perfect, our accommodations beautiful. There is an abundance of great places to eat out or if you prefer to dine in the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The beach is clean, close, family friendly and quiet. Check out activities at Baytowne Wharf and Harbor Walk. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is your place. Andree couldn't be more welcoming, she truly wants to share her piece of heaven with you.

This condo was absolutely amazing and Andree and Mike are the most accommodating people I have EVER rented from!!! Andree sent the most incredible welcome package full of all kinds of information. We had an small issue with our blender while making frozen margaritas and Andree had the cleaning lady personally deliver a brand new one to use so we could have our drinks for the beach!!! This condo has everything you can possibly need while on vacation (2 beach chairs, very nice large umbrella, nice beach cart, cooler, all kinds of kids toys, and lots of board games for night time fun) and trust me, you feel right at home while vacationing here. The beds are VERY comfortable and I slept like a baby! We did lots of shopping and this is very conveniently located to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Be sure to go to The Wales Tale for the awesome Crab Legs. We also visited Seaside, it was like something you read about it a book. Andree & Mike were available 24/7 and truly wanted us to enjoy our vacation. I would definitely recommend this Condo hands down.

Thank you so much for sharing your home away from home with our family. We appreciated every attention to detail that you prepared, from the moment we booked to the note week prior to our arrival and all throughout our stay. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the amenities provided. While here on spring break with the crowds, we always felt secure as the complex takes extra care to ensure the guests are secure. We will definitely be making Destin a go-to vacation spot from now on.

Best Beach Condo Ever!!!

We had been looking for a place to get away after Christmas. Destin seemed an appropriate choice, and after looking at hundreds of places online, we happened upon this exquisite condo. We contacted the owner and she was more than accommodating. The price was right, and the photos looked very promising. When we arrived, we opened the door to paradise. Everything was even better than depicted in the photos. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The beds were super comfortable, the living room was great and had dvd, surround sound, etc. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The location could not have been more perfect, and the parking was very convenient. We could not have asked for anything more. Andree was a pleasure to deal with and had covered every detail. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful place! We will be back.

Andree made our Thanksgiving vacation very enjoyable. From the first contact we made with her to the phone call on Thanksgiving, she was always available to us. The condo is awesome. You walk in and it feels like home. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful. You will find all the amenities of home. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks! We have stayed in this complex before but this condo was by far the nicest and cleanest we have stayed in. We will be back!!

Great place for kids!

Our family loved our stay at Mike & Andree's condo! Two things "made it" for us: 1) the location within the complex... this is always hard to guess online, but we lucked out. It's really very close to the elevators and parking as Andree points out, but it's also very close to the pool! In a condo as big as the Majestic Sun, this could have been a hassle; 2) the furnishings - we're pretty spoiled travelers but were really pleased to find the condo in excellent condition, with plenty of nice kitchen equipment, linens, and soft blankets. We were wanting for nothing. The heated indoor/outdoor pool is why we chose the Majestic Sun and it didn't disappoint - it really is a cool feature and the view of the water and sunset from the pool made it even better.

Best owner ever!

We have stayed at many condos in the Miramar Beach area over the past 15 years. This condo was one of the nicest. You can read all about it in the other reviews. The pictures are accurate. The amenities in the condo are the best we have had. However, the key to making this the best place we have ever stayed is the excellent communication and service provided by Andree. Andree provided clear communication. Andree called the day we arrived to let us know the condo was ready and to let us know to call her for any reason. We took her up on this when we needed advice during our stay. I meant to write this review earlier. However, I glad did not as I have an update. I closed the credit card account that I had made the deposit on. I asked Andree to refund to my card forgetting it was closed. My card company processed the refund and as of a month later still had the money. Andree has worked tirelessly to get this fixed. Best owner ever!

My wife, daughter-in-law, her husband, our 2 year old grandson and I loved this condo! It was in a very good location in Destin, and the access from the parking deck meant no stairs or elevators to deal with. The beach was a short walk across the street, and the view from the balcony was great! We had a wonderful time and plan on staying her again in the future.

Wow - you want a place to stay that absolutely fits with the beautiful beaches of Miramar Beach (south side of Destin). Then, look no farther then this condo. Your own house couldn't be kept cleaner. The two bedrooms are equally large and the beds themselves are so comfortable. A very spacious condo throughout. Sit and drink your favorite cup of coffee (or whatever) on the back patio overlooking the ocean and beach every morning before heading out for fun. I highly recommend seriously "checking out" this property for your fun stay in Destin. There might be other places to stay but you won't find better than this condo, and especially at the going rates! I can truly say - see you next year cause I'm coming back!

Even Hurrican Debbie couldn't ruin the Place!!!

We arrived just in time for Hurrican Debbie to try and mess up our week. She blew for two days then blew away and the weather and waters began to calm. Then we could really enjoy the Beach and Water with its White Sand and Beautyful Green Water. The Condo inside was Great and housed four adults and two children (both boy's) without any problem. Everything you need is provided for your enjoyment and a quick trip to Win Dixie down the road to shop for Food and the Vacation was on. Also tried several Resturants and the GUMBO, and Fresh Fish were AWESOME..The Boy's enjoyed the Pool Daily. Thanks to the owners for making this Great Location Available. We'll be Back!!!!

My family has stayed here twice , I love dealing directly with the owners of this condo. The condo is everything that is advertised . I normally don't write reviews, but this condo and it’s owners earned it. I stayed in this condo back in May of 2012, so this is a belated review. I’m planning a vacation as we speak and got to thinking about this condo and how I still need to write a review…here you go. When we arrived at the condo I went through every room inspecting everything to make sure everything was clean, everything was working, the view is what I expected, the rooms are what I expected, dishes were not broken...etc. After finishing my inspection I felt so relieved. The condo was better than I expected. The condo was immaculate, walls looked like they were just painted, everything worked, furniture and beds were well kept, no broken dishes, and the location is perfect. It’s so convenient having the walkway leading to the parking garage…no elevators to deal with when loading and unloading. I like how the pool is both indoor and outdoor. The beach is perfect and it helped that there was a closet full of everything you would need for the beach. In the closet we found umbrellas, chairs, and a cart we used to wheel everything over to the beach (fyi - the cart is easy to handle and has special wheels designed to roll on sand) Special notes – -The bottom lock on the door broke during our stay, but the owners drove 4 hours on Mother’s day to fix it. Great people, down to earth and make you feel like their home is your home. I really enjoyed meeting and talking with them. The owners didn’t stay long because the door was quickly fixed…honestly I wouldn’t have cared if they stayed longer...good conversations . -I have two girls 3 and 5 at the time. When looking into this condo I was hesitant to stay there because I had to cross the street to get to the beach…The owners went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about the road situation by asking one of their regular renters to call me. I was able to get a renters testimony regarding the condo and everything around the condo. After staying at the condo I can tell you the road is very small, cars drive slow, and it’s not a main busy road…had zero issues with the road. There are lots of crosswalks and all cars stop to let you by. Special thanks to the owners and renter for taking the time to assure me the road wouldn’t be an issue. I could continue to write nothing but good things, but I’m limited on space. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This was an amazing place to stay on our beach vacation! Very comfortable and everything you could need right at your fingertips. Very kid friendly as we took a 3 year old and a 10 month old. Love that they have a pack and play in the room and very nice to have your own beach cart/chairs to use. Very convenient to the grocery store. Next time we will be using the grilling areas more, as most of the places we ate were very high priced for mediocre food. Shopping right across the road is awesome! The pool and hot tub were very relaxing! We can't wait to come back to stay. Andree and Mike were amazing to rent from and were there every step of the way, literally to help 24/7. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

This condo is perfect! We have stayed in dozens of condos over the years and this one is top notch. Very clean, updated and the owners go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and relaxing. I needed medical equipment upon my arrival and Andree' went out of her way to make sure it was there and ready for use when we arrived- as well as making sure it was picked up after we left! Beautiful view and gracious owners-what more could you ask for?! We will defintley return to this gem of a rental!!

This condo is exactly as descibed. I would'nt change a thing if I owned it. It's kept immaculately clean. Location of condo, to parking, unloading etc. was well thought out by owner.The 1 thing that stands out to me is the communication by Andree. She's the perfect owner who is a phone call or text away. She understands the importance of communication!! Can't say enough about his place and we've been around the block travel wise. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again Andree!!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. My girls and I had stayed one other time at Majestic Sun, but this unit was so much nicer than the other one we have stayed in!! It is as gorgeous as the pictures and the view of the ocean is spectacular! Andree was wonderful. She stayed in constant contact with me to assure me that the condo would be ready and waiting on us when we arrived!! Very clean and lots of extras!! I’m so glad we came across this condo; the pictures are exactly what the place looks like. It’s very clean, loved the fact it was all tile and the beds were amazing…very comfy. Andree makes sure the condo has everything anyone might need, the kitchen is fully equipped… from pots, pans, bake ware, spices and much more. Andree and Mike are awesome people to make arrangements with; they are literally available any time of the day. My daughter and son loved the white sand beach, pool and the condo. It was the perfect family vacation. This condo was awesome. By the way, I received my deposit in a week from my return; the check was in the mail. Again, thank you Andree for making our vacation so PERFECT.

My family and I just returned from this great condo, it helped make our vacation one of the best. The furnishings are new, clean, very well maintained, a very comfortable place and the beds were home away from home comfy. The pictures are right on. The owners are great to work with and are available 24/7 to ensure your needs are met. My family and I certainly would stay again and I have already recommended it to other family members. And so close to Pompano's Joe and Fat Clemenza's restaurants...what more could you ask for. And if you want a treat for dinner.....dress up and drive 20 minutes to Seaside for a wonderful meal at "Fish Out Of Water". That topped our trip that I call...near perfect.

We have stayed at several other condos in area; we picked this condo because of the double master suites. Our experience was so much more than we expected. Both mater suites were complete with king size beds with extremely comfortable pillow top mattresses, flat screen TV’s, fully equipped bathrooms and were beautifully decorated. The kitchen and living area were just as beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. This condo was defiantly the nicest we have ever stayed in. Our great experience did not stop there with the condo itself; there were 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler that were available for use at the beach and we put them to good use!!! We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone thinking about vacationing in the area!

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Beach Vacaction Location

My wife and I recently stayed in this unit. The condo is beautiful, CLEAN, well appointed with all upscale appliances and details, with very comfortable bedding and furniture. The location is great! Perfect view of the waves breaking on the beach; close to the pool; close to parking garage; Right on a walking / running / bike riding path for morning exercise; and what we loved best: a small Tiki Bar right on the beautiful beach in front of the condo. We had a great time at this location and the condo could not have been any more perfect ! Administratively, from initial contact with the owner to check-out, the condo is run very professionally with the owner making sure that every detail is covered. I would highly recommended this unit to anyone visiting the Destin area who is seeking a modern, clean, well appointed place to stay. I will certainly be making future visits to this unit and also recommending it to family and friends.

We loved everything about the condo. We liked the fact there are two king size beds in the unit. The pictures are exactly what you will see when you arrive. Perfect Beach Home

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at this property. Perfect in every way. Majestic Sun is such a nice place and close to restaurants and then to have the nicest unit at Majestic made it "perfect." Pictures of the property are exactly what you get. Property is very, very clean. In fact, this is why we chose this. Our new grandson was with us for a few days, and we didn't want a unit that had any pets or smokers. Comfortable furniture and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend this as THE place to stay. And, I love how I can see dolphins as I'm in the kitchen !!

The unit was very nicely appointed and very clean. I have seen other units in this property and the McDonald's unit is much better maintained and very comfortable. The website photos don't lie. The 'process of making the arrangements and conducting the business portion of the stay' were seamless; they make everything effortless and are accommodating in every way. Very nice experience.

"We stayed here a week and loved the condo it was a great location from the parking lot to the beach. It is very nice has 2 king size bebs very comfortable. Washer and Dryer are the top of the line. the view from the balcony is priceless. We watched the sun set in the evening and we watched as the moon light up the ocean at night. I cant wait to come back."

We had the best condo on the beach!!! We did not want to come home our condo was everything you could ask for and the weather was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo 310 A Majestic Sun... Andree was wonderful to work with sending information and calling to check to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning our trip for next year!!

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! It is a first class unit and I would highly recommend it. The unit was very clean and well maintained and some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We want to stay there again!

Andree, Our family would like to thank for allowing us to share a piece of the beach in your wonderful condo. We could't have ask for anything more! The beds are absolutely the best!!! We had everything we could need & want. The beach cart was a pleasant surprise and made our trips to the beach with the kids a lot easier. The views of the beach and pool sure were nice every morning sitting on the balcony. See you again real soon and thanks a bunch from the Mays family!

This was our families first trip to Destin and despite the rain, we had a wonderful time. Andree could not have been any kinder on helping us watch the happenings on the beach from the oil spill. She was in contact with us daily and ready to answer any questions we may have as far as the condition of the beach. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The view of the ocean is great and the location great as well. Our kids are 15 and 19 and never ran out of fun things to do. Thanks Andree for helping us to make lots of good memories in Destin! We hope to return soon.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and newly furnished and decorated. The best thing about choosing this condo is the personal care and attention you get from the owners. They strive to make sure that you are comfortable and happy at their beach home. It was a great experience for us and we will definitely book with them again.

Loved the condo! Property was very nice and well-maintained. Photos and descriptions were accruate in describing the condo. Location is wonderful - condo is on the same floor as parking (which was great while traveling with small children, easy access to the pool, and beach just a walk across the street. Condo had available beach cart, umbrella, chairs,etc. which really helped during our stay. Very close to the outlet malls as well as some of our favorite restaurants including Crab Trap, Pompano Joes, etc. Owner was always available and very helpful. We visited during the Gulf of Mexico oil spill and owner was very consistent with sending pics of the beach until our arrival date to keep us informed on how the beaches were. Owner was very willing to work with our group upon arrival of oil on the beaches during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay at this location or with this owner during future vacations. We had a wonderful experience!

Wonderful condo, just as described. Beds are superb and view is great from both balcony and living area. Parking is easy with walkover directly to condo level. All in all we would highly recommend this condo and the owners were wonderful to work with!

Great week at Majestic Sun 310A!

We had a great time at this condo. It was more like a residence than a rental property. The kitchen looked brand new and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The were beach chairs,an umbrella, and a cooler for us to use at no extra cost. The view of the beach was great. There are shops within walking distance and the main highway is easy to get to. The beds were better than what we have at home! We have stayed at other places in the area, but this was the best one by far. We will stay here again on our next trip, no doubt. You do have to cross a two lane road to get to the beach, but it was not an issue. The traffic was never too bad, and when the patio doors were closed, you could not hear any traffic. The fitness room and the two pools were nice. Make sure you wear your wristbands when you are in those areas because the staff makes sure you have them on. This helps keep people from coming in off the street and using the them for free. Overall, this was a great place and we made many great memories. Thank you Andree and family!

Three Vikings crossed over the lovely big ocean and arrived to this lovely and fresh condo. We got sunburned and enjoyed talking with good Americans and ate all this awesome food. This was a holiday we will never forget. We don't want to leave this condo ever. We love America, Miramar Beach. Thank you Andree for making our stay here in Miramar Beach a top 10. The condo was everything we expected. Andree did a fabulous job depicting it in her photographs and emails. It is rennovated, clean, roomy and very welcoming. It was a pleasure renting from them as they were extremely thorough, punctual and organized. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was very short. It was a perfect beach vacation for my husband, 22 month old and myself. I could not have asked for a better vacation.

We just came back from this unit. We stayed from 3-1 through 3-15. The website shows it all. It's perfect. Comfortable bedding and very nice linens. Everything you need in the kitchen (when not at all the wonderful restaurants nearby). Beautiful view!! I think there may have been only 2 days we did not see Dolphins from this unit. One morning I was standing in the kitchen and saw them. We have stayed at many units at Majestic Sun, and this one is the best. Thanks again Andree` & family for sharing your vacation home with us. Your condo is First Class in every respect: the King beds, the flat screen tv's, the appliances, and the decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have enjoyed your unit on two different occasions and plan to return again.

We chose this condo for a little relaxation time right before Christmas. It is rare to have two king sized beds, which is nice for a group of all adults! The decor was very nice & the beds were super comfortable. The owners were extremely nice & very easy to work with. Hopefully, we will be back very soon for our next vacation.

We stayed at this condo again in September '09. We liked it so much the first time, we went back 6 monthes later. I can't say enough about how nice this condo is. The owners are wonderful, they really want to make sure that everything is perfect for your vacation. We have looked around in Destin when we are down there, and honestly the location of this condo is the best. It's easy to get down to the beach, being able to park on the ramp and walk right to your condo is perfect.

My husband and I met our best friends from Atlanta in Destin last week. From the minute we walked in, we were VERY impressed. The condo was super clean, the decorations, furniture, and appliances were really nice. We loved having 2 king beds and flatscreen tv's in all the rooms. The location couldn't be any better either. We were very thankful to find this unit. Other places we have stayed in Destin don't even compare to this one. Hopefully, we will be back soon!

We have stayed in a couple of places in majestic sun and this one by far is the best. The decor is wonderful and parking is great. The beds were like sleeping in your own home. We felt like it was home away from home. I would recommend this place to everyone. We loved it and cannot wait to go back next year. All the comforts of home and more....with a georgous view.. The owners of this facilty are great to do buisness with. Could not find anyone more pleasant and offer so much to their vacationers. LOVE IT. Thank you for making our family memories so memorable...
