It took me months of looking for what I consider the best condo in Kihei,
It is the largest 2 bedroom (1244 sq/ft) in the nicest complex on the edge of the Wailea/ Kihei border. The unit number is B-210.

It is located in the second group of buildings so it provides quick access to the beach but also avoids the road noise from Kihei Road. The parking place for my unit is also located just a few spaces from the check-in office and the nicest pool area in the complex.

It has a pretty tropical view of the ocean and also the privacy of a upstairs end unit.
My unit has been upgraded with granite and tile in the kitchen with newer appliances.

There is a color TV in every room with remote.

I also upgraded to cal king beds in both bedrooms that are more comfortable than my ones at home. I can't wait to get back there myself and sleep on one of those beds. You will love this condo.

A important note concerning Maui Kamaole two bedroom units; There are only 14 two bedroom units in Maui Kamaole with my floor plan and 1244sq/ft.
There are 111 two bedroom units that are only 1051 sq/ft.
These smaller two bedrooms are very narrow and much darker than my unit.
A lot of them are also inside units.
I have offered a lower price on my unit since I just listed it on VRBO and I need to get some people in there to see how nice it is.
I hope to get repeat visitors and referrals from past guests.

  • I stayed in Dean's condo for a week in early November 2009. As advertised, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bedrooms were surprisingly large. The views of the ocean and sounds of the birds were spectacular. Another plus was the location. Dean's unit within the development is really convenient and the development's location on South Kihei is perfect! I would have no hesitations staying at this condo again!

  • This condo is awesome! Some friends were in two other condos in this same complex and everyone commented how ours was the nicest. It is very spacious and a nice view. Condo is really large and has pretty much everything you need. A couple things you might not expect is that there are beach towels and misc beach accessories (look in small door on patio for accessories). And there is a high speed Internet connection! Note that it's a wired connection and there is no computer provided. A great condo, great value. Would stay here again for sure.

  • My daughter and I stayed in Dean's condo this Sept. I would definitely recommend it. It's very spacious and comfortable, and the Maui Kamaole resort is beautiful with tropical landscaping and two great swimming pools. A great value too!

  • Great condo! We have vacationed in Maui for years, and really enjoy the Maui Kamaole property. Dean's place is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Lots of extra's like boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, tennis raquets, a basketball, etc. Responsive and reliable owner and property management. Highly recommended!!!

  • The condo is very delightful and is accurately described by the owner. Our stay was very enjoyable and the owner was helpful and true to his commitments. My family & I look forward to our next stay! My wife loved the short walk to the beach and my son & I also enjoyed the tennis courts. We donated two new tennis rackets so that future guests may enjoy same. Aloha!

  • I just stayed here in early April 2009 with my wife, infant daughter, and father. Its a FANTASTIC deal for the price and would have to be one of the best deals in Kihei/Wailea. The unit is incredibly clean, has newly a upgraded kitchen, 2 very large bedrooms each with bathroom, is incredibly quiet (absolutely no street noise or noise from neighbors), has a great lanai with some water views, and is a very easy walk to the beach. i have to admit we were a bit worried when we saw the price, and after reading some reviews of other units, we thought it might be really dated and incredibly dirty. But it wasn't at all. in fact, the carpets were clean enough for our daughter and us to happily lay down on. overall the place is just outstanding and was way beyond our expectations. For any reasonable family/group looking for a beautiful clean place to stay, you can't beat this deal.
