The home is one level and is 1860sf and offers privacy where you can enjoy nature that is close by. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living room has a gas fireplace. The kitchen is large and modern. There is a very private deck and also a nice side yard where you can enjoy being out of doors and it also has a comfortable chairs, a BBQ Grill, a Fire Pit and a dog run.
The weather is ideal all year. There are four seasons but all seasons have very mild temperatures. Summer temperatures rarely get to 90 degrees and you can leave the windows open to feel the wonderful cross ventilated breezes. In winter months Prescott has very little snow yet skiing is available in Flagstaff, less than 2 hours away.
When entering this home, you will find floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the living room and in the dining/kitchen area. The large windows make the house feel so open and full of light that you can see all the trees and bushes outside. You can feel the house is completely open to nature.
The home was completely painted recently. New tile floors and carpet was just installed in January. The furniture is fairly new. There is a gas fireplace, with a sit on hearth, in the living room and also a TV in the living room and on the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bath is just wonderful with a garden tub and a shower. It also has two back-to-back vanities and two large closets.
One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed and also has a door to the private deck. The third bedroom has a trundle bed. The kitchen is spacious with lots of light. There is also a large laundry room.

- Prescott, AZ, has been voted one of the best places to live in America, It is a mountain community so it is spread out yet is has a small downtown square with lots of things going on all year long, it also has a shopping mall, movie theaters, lots of good restaurants and museums.

- Prescott is in the mountains at 5,000 feet, This makes it a wonderful temperature all year, but especially in summer months, Summer temperatures will average in the 80's, No A/C is normally needed and you can leave the doors open all summer and get wonderful cross ventilated breeze throughout the house. Normal winter temperatures are mild with very little snow, Within 2 hours of the house, you can visit Phoenix/Scottsdale area and airport, the Grand Canyon, Verde Valley, Jerome mining town, Flagstaff, Sedona

Why the Owner Chose Prescott
I chose Prescott as my vacation home location for many reasons. First, it is only 2 hours from my home in the Goodyear area. But mostly, Prescott is a beautiful and friendly small town built right in the mountains. The town has a small town feel, yet it is spread out and has all the amenities you would expect to find in a large city. The weather is perfect year round and it is a place to find peace and solitude while being close to nature.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When I stay in my own home, I find the time to relax and read lots of books, watch movies, spend more time talking and enjoying my husband. Most people find their lives are very hectic and this is a wonderful place in a peaceful setting where you can unwind and really enjoy nature and let life slow down a bit.
