Whether you are looking to go far or stay close to home, Lake Hartwell can become your new family tradition. We welcome you and your family to come enjoy our home away from home. We hope you will make many wonderful memories while visiting.

Our home is very comfortable, clean and up to date. You will have all the the things you need here so no need go anywhere else. You will find many great places to eat nearby or you can stay home and grill, dine in or dine on the screened porch. Plenty of seating for entertaining guest.

We are one block from a public boat ramp, directly across the lake from Tugaloo state park and a few miles from Hartwell state park. Have an RV or friends with one......no fear. We have RV hook up right on property!!! Golf, fireworks, and marinas within a few miles. We also have a golf cart available for our adults and a canoe for your enjoyment!!!!

We are located in a very private cul-de-sac which is great for kids with bikes or roller blades. No gravel roads! We are surrounded by other beautiful homes and one cove/block away from the famous T60 grill. You can drive your boat right up to their docks and enjoy their awesome Low Country Boil or walk one block to their door.

****We have two King beds, one queen, two roll-a-ways and two big Bernhardt sofas!!!***

There is plenty of room for extra air mattresses so feel free to bring your kid's friends!!! Board games for rainy days and DVD player for movies available.

Your refundable deposit is due when the reservation is made and will be cashed 14 days prior to your stay. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival result if loss of deposit + 50% of your total. All other cancellation within 14 days of arrival prior to the 72 hours rule result in loss of deposit only.

  • An absolutely GREAT place to take your family. The setup of the huge family room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms are all spacious. Everything you would need for a short or long stay is included. Since it is a point lot the view is incredible. We spent a majority of our time at the dock, nicest dock on the lake, stereo, gate to jump in the lake, huge, perfect in every way. We will definetly be back. Highly recommend!!!!!

  • Wonderful place to stay. The house is well maintained with everything you need, and the dock is huge, with a stereo and shade if needed. Owners were wonderful with tips and information about our stay, we had a wonderful time. Owners are very responsive and timely with the return of our deposit. Would recommend this for anyone who wants to spend a great time on the water.

  • You can't go wrong with this rental - beautiful surroundings, breathtaking view, very clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations...after spending a weekend, you will hate to leave! The owners were very quick to respond to questions and included every convenience in their house and on their property to make you feel at home! The dock is awesome and you don't need a boat to have a good time here! Make sure you take a jump off the top of the dock - quite a thrill!

The dock was awesome, the water was very deep for swimming and jumping in. A nice cove to tube or ski in and close to the marina. The owners were extremely helpful with any questions.   • This home was absolutely perfect for a get away lake vacation. The owners have a lovely home that is perfectly appointed (inside and out) with everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! Our entire family had a wonderful time. The kids (and some adults) especially enjoyed jumping off the top of the dock! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a fantastic stay at the lake! We can’t wait to visit again!
