Welcome to Moonlight Manor, You will receive a welcome gift basket filled with goodies, our home is a luxury log cabin with 2 wood burning fireplaces 1 in master, a fabulous spa under the stars with views of bear mountain, custom built pool table ,the kitchen has it all including over 50 spices,all utensils and small kitchen appliances like a kitchen aid ,waffle maker,crock pot,food dehydrator, cappuccino and espresso machine,french coffee press ,even a bread maker. There is a a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools,we also have an ipod stereo that will charge your pod and play it to, free WiFi be sure to bring your laptop, there is a brand new karaoke machine, we have a telescope to view the moon and stars which its so clear here at night you will be able to see most of the time, there is also a large redwood table on the terrace for out door dining...there is an old record player for the old 45 records and we have a box of old albums to play for the player,we provide all linens towels down pillows and comforters and much more. The house is set in a serene wood setting with beautiful views of Big Bear mountain, we have a bbq we supply the gas, we have many games such as a portable blackjack table,poker,craps,roulette and many board games too..our video library has over 300 VHS/DVD movies to choose from with one or all of our 3 TV's, with HBO,cable and a flat screen LCD in the living room and master bedroom, and guest room. Wildlife is plenty we have several visitors like the Grey squirrel, mountain blue jays, blue birds,chikadees,and wood peckers,and even chipmunks,.......we provide the food for our critters that come to the tree on the deck right outside from the living room for you to enjoy..all you need to bring to the manor is your toothbrush,just leave the pampering to us and for thanksgiving and Christmas we will provide the turkey or ham for your family to feast, we provide each guest with a gift basket including a bottle of wine,popcorn,candy,coffee,tea and hot chocolate,nuts,crackers and more and please bring your doggy as the manor has a dog run big enough for 3 dogs they get there own basket of treats too..just our way to say thank you for staying here at moonlight manor,so come and enjoy the manor in beautiful Big Bear you will be glad you did and thank you for stopping by our page ........... The Moonlight Manor provided us with a most exquisite setting for our Bi-Annual rejuvenation weekend. Gary had a great time discovering apps for his Iphone and Reginald rediscovered his belief in Santa Claus. I wrote several letters to the editor of Malibu magazine and relaxed in the spa played a game or 2 of pool and had a wonderful time ...perfect perfect perfect ............ The wrap around porch made for wonderful views and great jacuzzi times. The fireplace warmed the whole family for game night. Our dogs loved all the new smells and cow hide rugs. Moonlight Manor was a great retreat for the family to get together in. It had all the amenities we could have hoped for and more! The view is beautiful and the neighborhood serene, not to mention there's plenty to do here ! We went boating ,played pool ,cooked ,talked and had a great time as a family here at Moonlight Manor Thank You for the splendid accommodations ! hopefully we will be back again P.S. You were so relaxing and home-y. The dogs enjoyed there treats and roaming around the deck. Rained THE WHOLE TIME, but it was a very nice change since we came from the desert ! ;-) P.S. Dear Doria, Thank You so much -Troop 210 from Huntington Beach had a blast here !!! The girls love the hot tub after all the hikes and zip line. My husband and I, literally,spent 12 hours trying to find the perfect cabin for a long weekend getaway with our family. We wanted a view, a spa, a pool table, and bunk beds, and Moonlight Manor had it all. The home looks just like the pictures, which I can tell you, is not the norm. Once we were in Big Bear, we drove by a few of the other cabins we considered, and we were overjoyed with our choice of Moonlight Manor ever more. The location is great. Quiet and private, but still close to everything. On top of everything else, Doria goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She even left a goody bag for our dogs. No doubt, the next time we go to Big Bear we will stay at Moonlight Manor, or some other cabin that Doria manages, as she really delivers what she promises. Thank you Doria.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I found Moonlight Manor to be exactly what the doctor ordered. I had been stressed at work and needed the perfect escape from the city, the hassles, and the job and Moonlight Manor was perfect. The home was clean and full of ammenities to make me smile. The view was magnificent all around the home. I was able to get out and hike the neighborhood and enjoy more beautiful scenery. The town and shops were very close to the home and I did not have to deal with city traffic or city lines in any of the shops. The home was a warm open plan that lended itself to a nice relaxing stay. Now that I have seen Moonlight Manor, I definitely know where I will stay the next time I need a nice, relaxing, serene, escape from my normal life.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Girlfriends for over 20 years came here to celebrate a 60th and a 70th birthday. Doria was great to communicate with and provided great customer service. Even when a toilet decided to quit working during our stay, Doria made sure a plumber came out to get it repaired for us. The gift basket and one night free was a wonderful addition to our stay. The ambiance in the cabin was perfect for our weekend and we all had a wonderful time. Thanks Doria for all you did to make this weekend memorable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
