You can fish for bass and feed the turtles from the bank in the backyard. The beach is only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk away. If you prefer to drive, there is a parking area at the Dunes House near the North Gate entrance. Palmetto Dunes offers three renowned golf courses and has one of the top tennis resorts in the country. The neighborhood is surrounded by the world famous Robert Trent Jones golf course. The living and dining room are open and airy with easy access to the wide deck. The newly equipped kitchen has a pass through to the den/game room which has a wood burning fire place.

The master bedroom has open access to the deck/pool area and has a two queen-size beds, a 20" Panasonic TV/VCR/DVD flat screen combination and large private bath with separate shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and 20" TV/VCR combo unit. The third bedroom has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a large adjoining bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
