Large brick home located in Shady Bay Subdivision on Lake Martin. This location is convenient to Alexander City and Dadeville AL for restaurants. shopping and hospitals, etc. Lake Martin is a very large and beautiful lake. There is lots of undeveloped shoreline as well as developed areas which provides entertainment for anyone who wants to leisurely ride in their boats. Lake Martin is also known for having several pair of bald eagles which sometimes can be seen flying over head or nested in trees. There is also lots of great fishing. State record stripe bass caught this year!
