This historic Bonita Springs vacation home was built in the 1950's and is set in a peaceful secluded and private little community within the heart of Old Bonita Springs.
This is a beautiful canal front home located only 3 miles front Bonita Beach, Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach State Park. The holiday house is set in lush greenery, steps from our communal boat dock where you can enjoy fishing in the Imperial River, or kayaking all the way to Estero Bay and the wildlife reserves!
Our Bonita holiday house is the perfect retreat for 4 persons, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large dining/kitchen area and a front and back covered porch. Available year round for weekly and monthly rentals.
Our furnished holiday let offers lots of light and a comfortable sense of space. With a real attention to details and providing plush and comfortable furnishings, our Florida vacation house is sheltered in a decor of greenery and serene colors.
Each bedroom provides a Queen size bed. A fully equipped cottage like kitchen is at your disposal for your cooking inspiration during your holiday in our lovely house. The kitchen is equipped with dining ware and cooking ware for 6 persons.
For a quiet night at home, an entertainment center which comprises a color TV, a DVD player as well as a CD player/Radio and IPOD connection is also available. We have Wi-Fi Internet at your disposal so just bring your laptop! We also provide a small collection of films. Our telephone lets you call in the USA and Canada for free.
One small dog considered for our One bedroom cottage (not allowed in 2 bedroom house). Must be trained, clean, not go on or scratch furniture and quiet.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The location on South west coast is spectacular. Green, quiet, close to Naples, no traffic, lovely shelling beaches and amazing weather. Better than the East coast by far. We love the island (Lovers Key), the back Bonita bay and the mangrove, really gorgeous boating experience, the Imperial river where we canoe and admire wildlife.
If you like dolphins and manatees this is the place to see them! No traffic jam, no big highways, no pollution. Great golf resorts all around.
The Unique Benefits at this
The Canal access. We have a communal boat dock with our own quay. Our lagoon connects to the Imperial river which in turn connects to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The canal is deep enough for a good boat but kayaking and canoeing is also perfect. We can fish all day and the community is extremely peaceful. Think old oak tree with a swing in it ;-)

We are Katia and Mathias, owners of this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Bonita Springs. We also have a one bedroom cottage next to it also available and perfect for a couple and a child. Both have their private gardens/courtyards.
Mathias is a michelin star level chef and works in West Sussex. Katia is the Director of Paris hideaways and London hideaways vacation rentals agencies so we know about vacation rentals and hospitality!
We promise you these houses are the perfect getaway from cold winters and are set in a quiet, safe and leafy community. Just a short drive from Naples and Fort Myers. Ask us any questions about the area, we will be happy to help!
