Enjoy a lovely top floor penthouse condo at beautiful Island Royale in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Nothing soothes you like the sound of incoming waves from the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, 16 floors beneath. From your master bedroom, in cool relaxing green colors and palm trees, venture out of your own private entrance to the huge balcony and take in the sights: Gulf waters as far as the horizon, sea gulls below and above you, the lone heron's flight and the formation of airborne pelicans. Breathe in the sea air, fresh and exhilarating from the clear expanse of shimmering water and ever changing sky all around you. The beauty is accentuated by the glorious oranges and reds of the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets both enjoyed from your relaxing balcony. Take a 30 second elevator ride down to the sandy beach, so white it's compared to sugar. Now your feet are in the sugar white sand or the never ending aprons of surf.
This Penthouse suite, decorated with an island palm theme, envelopes you with that far away exotic ambience while providing all amenities of the 21st century at your command: a dry bar complete with wine rack and lovely stemware, a brand new HD flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and high speed internet always on with no "signal chasing." Both bedrooms have a TV, DVD player and private baths.
The second bedroom, with two twin beds, overlooks the lagoon and inter-costal waterway. Decorated with a lighthouse theme, this room is a delight for the young or young at heart.

Why the Owner Chose Island Royale
We chose this particular condominium in Island Royale because it is a small building compared to the mega buildings that have been built recently. Because it is smaller, there are fewer guests in the building and on the beach, even during the high season. It is well built and has good amenities like the fitness center and the indoor/outdoor pool. We love being on the top floor because of the breathtaking view and the advantage of not having any one over us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
When we are at Island Royale we enjoy the wide expanse of beach. Even on the 16th floor, we can hear the crashing of the waves and the call of the seagulls. The location is convenient to town and it takes only a few minutes to shop for food or to even walk to a local restaurant.

My brother and I grew up in Mobile and we spent many summers and a lot of weekends coming to Gulf Shores. This has always been our second home and we know the roads, water ways and sand dunes of this area like the backs of our hands. Our families have grown and we are always needing more housing in which to gather and to enjoy the beautiful Gulf.
