This home worked out great for the 6 of us. My family traveled in from all over the country and we were all able to stay in one house! It was convienently located near the beach and Doc's which is a family favorite spot. The living and eating areas worked well so that we could all stay together and enjoy each others company. Late night talks in the screened in patio made it so relaxing. Would definitely rent this home again as we travel to this area yearly.

We spent a long weekend at this house and had a great time. The website pictures are just as the house appears. The boat lift was a huge plus for us as we had our boat and didn't have to worry about the tides if we would have had to tie up to the dock. We love to cook, so we ate in at night, and the kitchen did not lack a thing! They even have an electric grill on the deck, which we used to grill fish. The owner met us there and couldn't have been more accomodating. We not only would recommend this property, but would consider another (longer) visit! PS. The fishing (snook) was fabulous!!

This is a really lovely spotlessly clean and well maintained villa overlooking an inland bay and within easy walking for Bonita Beach. The area is quiet and residential. The facilities are excellent and comprehensive. Location is very convenient for the US41 and close to Lovers Key and Delnor-Wiggins state parks. The Barefoot Beach preserve is less than 2 miles away. We went canoeing at Koreshan state historic site along a quiet stretch of the Estero river. A guided canoe trip at Barefoot preserve is also available but it is advised to book it well prior to your visit. Overall we would be happy to return and I recommend the property highly."

I have to say that is house was everything it was advertised to be. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The house is lovely and would definately stay again. Very close to beach, boat lift and access to the gulf worked out great. The views are also very nice. Plenty of very nice restaurants and shopping in the area. I highly recommend this house and area. Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as it was.
