Why the Owner Chose Murphy
Looking for cooler summers, we thought a mountain home with spectacular views would do the trick. We loved this location/ The Springs, gated community, only has about 20 homes now-- but will be even better at build out.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Gated community/near Mountain View Marina & Hiawasee Dam. We loved the southern exposure of this home/the VIEWS are all around us. Plan to make use of the 2 stocked ponds on property. Once, while going back for a 2nd showing, we saw 8 wild turkeys in the middle of the road & 2 deer on the sides!! Love the wildlife potential here.
