This condominium is located on the two upper-floors (one of which is a terrace) of a 3-story art deco building and is situated in the historic district of Miramar, a community virtually at the entrance to Old San Juan. It is a unique, completely renovated luxury condo and sleeps six. It has a huge tile and partially covered wooden deck terrace (2250 sq. ft.) with cityscapes, ocean and mountain views.

The 3rd floor is a large living area (also 2250 sq. ft.) with an open living and dining area, custom gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry room. There is a library with a convertible futon and a separate office area. There are marble & granite surfaces in the bath & kitchen, the master bath has a jacuzzi and the master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. It is fully air-conditioned and has two private off-street parking spaces.

It is conveniently located within minutes of Condado (the tourist district of San Juan) and Old San Juan (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Ocean beaches are nearby, and major hotel facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The location offers immediate access to all major highways. The community of Miramar is unique due to its many historic homes, quiet tree-lined streets and "neighborhood" atmosphere.

The Fine Arts Movie Theatre is just around the corner and offers the finest international movies. The San Juan Convention Center, the premier site for business expositions in Puerto Rico, is within walking distance. Public and taxi transportation is available within one block to take you into the heart of Old San Juan or wherever else you wish to visit. We are located within ten minutes of the international airport.

  • We were blessed enough to have our second stay in this wonderful condominium in early September. It is one of the best out there. Perfect location, BEAUTIFUL interior, not to mention that amazing view from the top floor that spans the entire roof of the building. If you are looking for location, and elegance look no further than this condo. It is absolutely the best that the San Juan area has to offer. OH, and if you want to be in the center of everything you might want to venture out to in the San Juan area, this place is that center. Not only are you very close to Old San Juan, Condado is just a few minutes away. Great place and the owners are so wonderful to work with. We will back to this place again and again (hopefully in January in fact). Do not let this gem pass you by; staying here is so homey and relaxing!

  • Still Wonderful! This is our second trip to this great condo and it was still just perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to Puerto Rico. I visit this area several times a year, and will be tapping the owner to stay at this place whenever I am in the area! Great places to relax, enjoy the view, but still be close to the night life in Old San Juan and great food all around. Looking to cook for yourself? This has the best kitchen you could as for, fully stocked with all the necessities, just bring in your groceries and cook anything you want! The owners and manager are so nice and easy to work with...We will be back anytime we are in San Juan.

  • We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. The location was great and we were able to walk to Old San Juan and El Condado. You can walk to El Condado Beach and El Escanbron? Beach in Old San Juan in 10 to 15 minutes or drive to Escanbron. Starbucks is nearby in El Condado - a 10 minute walk with great views of the old Fort. The Kitchen is fully equipped and a great master bedroom and office. We also enjoyed the views from the 4th floor and the nice breeze in the covered area, while looking at the ocean view. We will be recommending it to friends.

  • My friends and I loved this condo!! It is beautiful and spacious. Our favorite part was the terrace on the top floor. There are a couple of beaches in walking distance. Downtown old San Juan is a few minute drive. But you definitely need a car to go to area near El Yunque and the bioluminescent bay. The owner and manager were super nice and helpful with directions and places to see, etc.

  • We absolutely loved this place! Beautiful, Quiet, upscale neighborhood. We loved the terrace and the view of the water. My Children ages 4-22 thought they were royalty in this place. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Great location! Beautiful and Immaculate kitchen. I wanted to move here we enjoyed it so much! Thanks so much for making our time in San Juan very nice and memorable! Could not have asked for a better place to stay or more kind and gracious people to work with!!! WOW!!

  • My family and I absolutely loved the place!! It is exactly as shown on the pictures, but much bigger in real life. The best part is this place is in a great location, has two parking spaces, and supermarket around the corner that you can walk to. It is also equipped with many amenities I did not even expect. The owner is AWESOME to deal with and extremely helpful and accommodating!! On a scale of 1-10 it is a 100!-Off the charts. If you are eating out like we did take advantage of the meals prepared by the supermarket around the corner. You can feed 4 people for $15 and not have to cook at all. If eating out, I would recommend "El Mojito Restaurant" and if you are driving you may park in the parking lot across the street, which is very convenient if you are exploring Old San Juan.

  • We really loved this place. We felt like we really scored a victory. To have a comparable hotel room, you'd have to be a rock star or royalty. It’s very spacious, much bigger than the pictures suggest. Everyone has room to spread out. The master bedroom is dark and cold, and the bed is very comfortable. Everyone will want to use the shower in the master bath. The location is great too. You can walk one block to a Pueblo supermarket, taxi stand, or bus stop. Getting to Old San Juan is a breeze, and there’s easy access to the roads that take you out of town. The terrace is great, and we spent a lot of time up there. Would gladly stay there again.

  • WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!! That is the best way to describe this extraordinary place. We were lucky enough to stay there for 4 nights and enjoyed not only the location, and elegant surroundings, but also the wonderful view. Anyone that is traveling to Puerto Rico should check this place out. Close to Old San Juan, beautiful beaches, great shopping and restaurants galore. In addition, this place is not only beautiful, but also comfortable, calming and quiet.   • Unbelievable! What an incredible place to stay. The rooms were amazing. The kitchen was designed for feeding huge parties of people. The bathrooms were better than a 5 star hotel. The upstairs terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. It was 5 minutes from the beach and the historic downtown Old San Juan. There was a great little cafe around the corner to eat breakfast at every morning. The neighborhood is probably one of the best in San Juan. Polite and gracious neighbors. Thank you so so much for allowing us to stay in your home!
