Just stayed there with a few friends for a celebration on grad school completion. The place is great - well appointed, terrific kitchen, and the rooftop terrace that does not make one want to leave for outside. The master bedroom and shower are posh. Location is clutch as within 1 min walk there is a full service supermarket and some great inexpensive eateries. My only gripe was with the water pressure in the showers - it was weak. Otherwise, this is a fantastic stay for couples, or mature group of friends in late 20s and on. The manager is a terrific owner and is very helpful. I plan to stay there again on my next visit to beautiful Puerto Rico! -New Haven, CT

The Condo is very big and clean, and there have everything you need for cooking and entertain in the house. The owner he is very kind gentleman to speak with, and he proved us lots good advice in "Guest Information". We had a dinner at Casita Miramar, just step down from Condo, I could said it was best dinner I had in Puerto Rico, great local food and service. Off street parking lot is plus, it's always a parking space there for us . Drive in and out also is very easy, to different place. I highly recommend to whom like the living space and did not mind a short walk to beach.

The hosue was exactly as described and was the perfect accommodation for our trip. The location was ideal but I would suggest renting a car (we waited to the day before and got a great deal from Thrifty). The rooftop deck is unbelieveable and the view was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone I know!

Our family of six adults stayed in this condo recently and fell in love with it. The beds were quite comfortable in the three sleeping areas. There are two bathrooms, one a normal size with a nice shower and a wonderful master bathroom with multi-sprayer shower and a huge jacuzzi bath. There are many towels and washcloths available also a washer and dryer that we used often. Included in the master suite was a very large walk in closet with enough room for all of our clothes, luggage, formal dresses and tuxes. This made the hassle of preparing for the wedding so much nicer. It has a gourmet kitchen with all needs to prepare and serve meals and a large grocery store nearby. Only guests to this condo have access to the terrace where there are outdoor furniture, an electric grill, and area for food preparation including a sink. We were there a week for a wedding/vacation and spent as much time as possible on the terrace. The island breezes coming across the terrace are oh so nice. I would recommend this very clean very nice condo to anyone.

We stayed in this home the second week of June 2011. We loved the home, the owner and the people that kept up the property. The home is walking distance from a main strip with restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. We rented a van for our family, which I recommend. We were able to drive and see a lot more of Puerto Rico. The best part of the home was the upstairs patio, we had dinners and drinks there in the evenings. The home had plenty of towels, blankets, even a high chair and pack-n-play for my little girls. That was a big plus! Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The owner also has books and maps there of Puerto Rico. We would definately stay at this home again. THANK YOU!

We had a great experience and the owners were great on telling us the local hot spots! The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. eThe deck is fantasic for cooking and hanging out, best view I have seen in a while. It is in a great location that is walkable to the beach and old san juan and was in a safe neighborhood. We would go back in a heart beat!!!

With 6 members of my family (ages 17-74) in tow, we could not have made a better choice! We walked to two restaurants (a 24/7 diner & a dinner delight), a drug store, a grocery store, and bus service. Wi-Fi helped us find where we wanted to go (updating our GPS for trips east. south and west). Two free parking spots ! The rooftop terrace offers ocean views and sunsets while outdoor grilling - like a 2d living room; library's games for young and old played on dining room table; kitchen is a dream; and master bedroom almost too spacious. Unbelievable closet space! Only downside was having to put the Murphy Bed mattress on the floor for a decent sleep. (Definitely not a place those who cannot climb stairs!) Landlord very helpful and accommodating - his photos accurate! We would return given the chance!

For our first trip to Puerto Rico, a family trip, we couldn't have picked a more convenient, comfortable place to stay. The apartment is beautiful (just as in the photos), well stocked (even with a high chair and pack and play crib!). The residential neighborhood has a supermarket and restaurants walking distance and is convenient to the beach and Old San Juan. With 2 parking spaces, we rented a car and explored some of the sights and beaches near San Juan as well as that city. The owners are very nice and can help with lots of tips. Highly recommend this place as a great alternative to a costly and boring hotel! (By the way the luxurious master bath is a real plus!)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo before we went on our cruise together. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us to stay. The upstairs terrace made for a perfect evening game time at the table enjoying the warm breeze. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. The stores and restaurants were convenient. We did not rent a car but used the bus system to get to Old San Juan and to the Condado Beach areas. They were very easy to navigate and only a quarter a ride. The owner was very helpful in suggesting places to go and how to get around. Don't hesitate to tap into his knowledge of the island. Thank you! Hope to rent from you again.
Owner response:We are deeply grateful to so many of our lovely guests who take their time and make the effort to report their impressions of our property. We really care about guests' satisfaction, and try to do everything we can to insure that they are accommodated. Such reactions inspire us to try even harder to please.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in this wonderful condo from Dec 8th to the 22nd. The four of us were thrilled with the condo itself, it is beautiful, the rooftop garden we enjoyed every day. The location is wonderful - you can walk to old San Juan or take the bus just down the street. The restaurants in the area are great. The fire works which we enjoyed each weekend from the roof top garden were spectular. We could not have asked for better accomodations, friendly people, great location. We look forward to returning again in the not too distance future. Thank you once again.

The place is gorgeous and felt like home. Because the apartment is in a residential neighborhood, it is very quiet at night. The grocery store is within walking distance and so is El Condado. We had an excellent vacation despite the rain. The place is modern, relaxing and most importantly - clean. The apartment and decor look exactly like it does in the photos. The patio and upper deck were perfect for the morning coffee and lounging at night. We loved everything about this place. We will go back to Puerto Rico for another vacation and will definitely look to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Marimar. This place is beautiful, large, and spotlessly clean with an exceptional deck on the roof. The surrounding neighborhood is very classy and safe with a grocery store, movie theatre, restaurants, and bars just a short walking distance. The location is wonderful with easy access to Old San Juan, public beaches, and other resort areas. The only thing nicer than the condo is the owner and the property manager who went out of their way to guarantee our stay was perfect. Probably the nicest place I have ever vacationed in.

The accomadations, location and walking neighborhood were great. We held a cookout on the balcony with a great view of the bay and sea! Less than 10 minutes by car to Old San Juan and two blocks from the expressway access. My son named the master bath shower the "human car wash" as it has jets from the top and sides! Amenities were top notch, especailly the kitchen and the with four PC's the wireless was needed! Would definitely there stay there again!

Everything pictured was accurate, rooms are spacious, well maintained, and the terrace had outstanding views of the crashing waves. It was a pleasure to rise in the morning and sit on our terrace with coffee and make plans for our day's adventure. This turned out to be one of our most relaxing vacations with a place that became our "home" for the week. Neighborhood was friendly and helpful with some good restaurants within walking distance.

A+, This was an absolute gem. I stayed here for the Christmas Holiday weekend. Beutiful property, very cozy, very elegant, modern luxery condo indeed. Very upscale area, comfortable and away from the tourist area but close enough to walk to many popular tourist areas. The whole process was easy and steamlined. Thank you Mr. Silverberg for making my vacation one to remember. P.S. Dixon (property maintence man) was a delight to deal with as well, he went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable as well. Thanks agian for everything!!!! Goshan, Philly, USA

We were blessed enough to have our second stay in this wonderful condominium in early September. It is one of the best out there. Perfect location, BEAUTIFUL interior, not to mention that amazing view from the top floor that spans the entire roof of the building. If you are looking for location, and elegance look no further than this condo. It is absolutely the best that the San Juan area has to offer. OH, and if you want to be in the center of everything you might want to venture out to in the San Juan area, this place is that center. Not only are you very close to Old San Juan, Condado is just a few minutes away. Great place and the owners are so wonderful to work with. We will back to this place again and again (hopefully in January in fact). Do not let this gem pass you by; staying here is so homey and relaxing!

Still Wonderful! This is our second trip to this great condo and it was still just perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to Puerto Rico. I visit this area several times a year, and will be tapping the owner to stay at this place whenever I am in the area! Great places to relax, enjoy the view, but still be close to the night life in Old San Juan and great food all around. Looking to cook for yourself? This has the best kitchen you could as for, fully stocked with all the necessities, just bring in your groceries and cook anything you want! The owners and manager are so nice and easy to work with...We will be back anytime we are in San Juan.

We enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. The location was great and we were able to walk to Old San Juan and El Condado. You can walk to El Condado Beach and El Escanbron? Beach in Old San Juan in 10 to 15 minutes or drive to Escanbron. Starbucks is nearby in El Condado - a 10 minute walk with great views of the old Fort. The Kitchen is fully equipped and a great master bedroom and office. We also enjoyed the views from the 4th floor and the nice breeze in the covered area, while looking at the ocean view. We will be recommending it to friends.

My friends and I loved this condo!! It is beautiful and spacious. Our favorite part was the terrace on the top floor. There are a couple of beaches in walking distance. Downtown old San Juan is a few minute drive. But you definitely need a car to go to area near El Yunque and the bioluminescent bay. The owner and manager were super nice and helpful with directions and places to see, etc.

My family and I absolutely loved the place!! It is exactly as shown on the pictures, but much bigger in real life. The best part is this place is in a great location, has two parking spaces, and supermarket around the corner that you can walk to. It is also equipped with many amenities I did not even expect. The owner is AWESOME to deal with and extremely helpful and accommodating!! On a scale of 1-10 it is a 100!-Off the charts. If you are eating out like we did take advantage of the meals prepared by the supermarket around the corner. You can feed 4 people for $15 and not have to cook at all. If eating out, I would recommend "El Mojito Restaurant" and if you are driving you may park in the parking lot across the street, which is very convenient if you are exploring Old San Juan.

We really loved this place. We felt like we really scored a victory. To have a comparable hotel room, you'd have to be a rock star or royalty. It’s very spacious, much bigger than the pictures suggest. Everyone has room to spread out. The master bedroom is dark and cold, and the bed is very comfortable. Everyone will want to use the shower in the master bath. The location is great too. You can walk one block to a Pueblo supermarket, taxi stand, or bus stop. Getting to Old San Juan is a breeze, and there’s easy access to the roads that take you out of town. The terrace is great, and we spent a lot of time up there. Would gladly stay there again.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!! That is the best way to describe this extraordinary place. We were lucky enough to stay there for 4 nights and enjoyed not only the location, and elegant surroundings, but also the wonderful view. Anyone that is traveling to Puerto Rico should check this place out. Close to Old San Juan, beautiful beaches, great shopping and restaurants galore. In addition, this place is not only beautiful, but also comfortable, calming and quiet. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, we will be sure to let friends and family know about this great gem!

Unbelievable! What an incredible place to stay. The rooms were amazing. The kitchen was designed for feeding huge parties of people. The bathrooms were better than a 5 star hotel. The upstairs terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. It was 5 minutes from the beach and the historic downtown Old San Juan. There was a great little cafe around the corner to eat breakfast at every morning. The neighborhood is probably one of the best in San Juan. Polite and gracious neighbors. Thank you so so much for allowing us to stay in your home!
