Loved this condo! My husband, daughter and I spent a couple of nights here at the end of the summer and couldn't have been happier. Though it isn't huge, having two floors, 1 1/2 baths and a shared deck make it seem larger. The nautical decor, fully equipped kitchen and supply closet (beach chairs, beach towels, cooler), cable TV, plus available laundry left nothing to be desired. And the location couldn't be better....a stone's throw from the Hyline Ferry...quick walk to grocery store, restaurants, shops, bus stops, and boat basin. Clean and neat, and the owner (Nancy) is quick to email back with answers to any questions. I highly recommend this condo and hope we'll soon return

To sum up my first time stay in Nantucket...amazing!!! My best friend and I, both nurses in our mid twenties, went down for the weekend. Not only was ACK itself great, this condo was perfect. Perfect location -we could literally walk to the "hot spots" in 30 seconds, perfect size -the two floors really allowed each of us to have our "getting ready" space, perfect deck-view of the harbor, and perfect neighbors -super friendly and laid back. I can't stress enough how awesome the location is. Every morning we would walk 2 minutes to the grocery store and pick up our food for the day (we actually timed it). Nancy is so easy to deal with as well. She promptly returns emails and gives honest answers. Her condo is truly a "turn-key"- she even supplied a hair dryer! Both of us can't wait return!!

We spent the weekend during the 2011 Daffodil Festival and this was the perfect place to stay. The condo is perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway. My family and I have been vacationing in Nantucket for over 15 years but we have never stayed in Town. We bounced around all over the Island and it was great having a central location to come back to. Would not hesitate to return!

I loved the cozy setting. It is peaceful but close to the supermarket and all the hip restaurants and bars. It's located right in the heart of town. Walking distance to the shopping area. The Condo is stocked with everything you need to entertained. Although the condo is small it has a nice deck with a limited view of the harbor. Also there is a beautiful breeze off the ocean.

My husband and I have stayed at the condo a number of times and each time we have been pleased with the location and comfort of the condo. It is decorated in a nautical theme and has a lovely deck with a limited view of the harbor. I do not recommend condo for those who have difficulty with stairs. The condo is on the second floor of the building and there is a flight of stairs to the master bedroom. It is a quick walk to restaurants, shops and all the action in Nantucket. You do not need a car. Taxi and bus are easily accessible for trips to beach or other parts of the island. If you do not have much to carry the beach can be accessed by walking. The description on the VRBO website is accurate as are the photos. Nancy Samper is helpful for questions about the condo and Nantucket. We have gone to Nantucket for over 30 years and love the island. There is a wide range of prices for the restaurants though many can be quite pricey. A must is a sunset sail on the "Endeaver". I would definitely recommend the condo to friends or relatives.

I stayed at this condo last summer with my 2 sisters- fabulous. It is well equipped with dishes, towels, glasses, and lots of fun whimsical decorations. Deck outside for coffee and the newspaper or cocktails. 2 bathrooms - perfect Location, location, location!!! Looks out over the harbor, the ferry is a 2 minute walk! Shopping, restaurants, beaches, all so easy to get to. You do NOT need a car when staying here! We will return every summer!

This condo, while cute and in the heart of town - 10 min walk from ferry at the most - it's advertising was misleading. The place was small and when we arrived it appeared that it had not been cleaned well. We also had trouble finding it as the owner was traveling and did not send us proper directions and could not be reached. It is also on an alley by many bars so it was loud late into the night. If you want a bargain that is close to everything, this is a good location, but just be aware that it is loud, cramped and dingy. I would not stay here again.
Owner response:The condo is small, but perfect for two people. It is far from being dingy, as the pictures in the listing will attest. It is decorated with artwork by local artists and Claire Murray rugs through out. My cleaners cleaned the condo the morning of this guest's arrival. If it was not cleaned to her liking, I should have been contacted. I always carry a cell phone, whether at home or traveling. I will included a map for future guests, although previous guests have never had a problem locating the condo since it is a short walk from the ferries, and my verbal directions are usually sufficient. The "many bars" that are nearby on the cobblestone "alley" would be The Tavern (a family restaurant) and Captain Tobey's Chowder House. The Gazebo can get a little noisy, but the windows of the condo do not face the alley. My condo is also the middle unit so this helps. But this is all part of living in town.
