Why the Owner Chose Aurelio (Via Aurellia)
Via Aurelia is a very nice and tranquil residential area near Vatican City. It's surrounded by green space, convents and colleges, and yet is so well connected by public transport that you can reach any area of the city in virtually no time. What is particularly appealing about this area is while it is so close to the tourist attractions and on one of the main roads leading in and out of the city, it remains very authentic. It is an area lived in and frequented by Romans. There is an open air market nearby where you can buy fresh produce, deli products, cheeses and pretty much anything else you want. There is also a shopping area, as well as a multitude of bars and restaurants that are considerably better quality for lower prices compared to the tourist hot spots.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
Our apartment is unique for Rome in that we have a parking spot within the gated residence. This is located directly in front of the apartment's independent entrance. For anyone hoping to rent a car, this is gold. The building was constructed last year, so all of the appliances and furnishings are new. Our property offers modern conveniences and an elegant, quiet environment in a fast-paced and historic city. Included in the rental price are utilities, cleaning every 3-4 days, soaps and shampoo, bedding and towels, as well as a "welcome breakfast" when you first arrive.
