This traditional Parisian neighborhood has the advantage of being very near the metro station (many buses), nice restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the open air markets like the one on Rue Poncelet. Further up, the famous Place de l'Etoile and the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysees can be easily accessible.

This 30 m² apartment, decorated in a contemporary style is situated on the 1st floor without elevator, (2nd storey) of a 3 storey building without elevator. It has wooden flooring except the kitchen and bathroom which has tiles. We have completely renovated it recently, but not the building.

The bedroom is furnished with a brand new double bed with firm mattress. The living room has a sofa which may be converted to a bed for 1 adult or 2 children by night. The large flat screen TV is linked to the FREEBOX which provides unlimited internet access and cable channels as well as free international calls on land lines to some 70 countries.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with brand new machines and utensils.

The bathroom has an excellent shower cabin with good water pressure, toilet is attached, furnished with a small closet, and wash basin too. An initial set of bed linens and towels are provided at your arrival.

Palais de Congress Paris, Porte Maillot is about 1 km away
Parc Monceau, Known as one of the most attractive parks in Paris, the brainchild of the Duke of Orleans in the 18th century, has become a favorite spot for those looking for some peace and quiet away from the busy city.

    • My family of 3 stayed in this property recently and found it very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the fact that it has been completely renovated and its closeness to the metro station, Porte de Chaperet and the bus terminal opposite the metro station. We were able to see Paris by bus cheaperly. There is also a supermarket nearby, SHOPPI. And it was easy to get to the airport by the subway from here. We really enjoyed our stay.
