Relax in a fully equipped upgraded Platinum 2 Bedroom Condo with all the comforts of home. This unit is located on the 13th Floor(1304), minimizing the noise from the activities below and maximizing the spectacular view. The landscape is colorful and elegant. Relax on the 32 foot balcony with captains chairs to enjoy the full view of the Emerald Coast. All rooms have Flat screen T'V.'s. Living room has 42" HD Flat Screen wall mounted TV with Blue Ray player. Also has HDMI connection for video games.
The kitchen has Granite Counter tops and all the appliances needed for a vacation away from your comforts of home.
Full view of the Ocean from the Kitchen, Dining room and Living Room to waking to the beautiful green waters and the soft sounds of the waves against the beach as you enjoy that 1st cup of coffee.
Edgewater has two large swimming pools (one heated in winter),toddler wading pool, adult hot tub and a Tiki bar for snacks, drinks and sandwiches during season. There is 420 feet of private white sandy beach for our guests. You will receive two complimentary chairs and umbrella for the duration of your stay.(a value worth $25 per day).
