This unit is located on the 13th Floor(1304), minimizing the noise from the activities below and maximizing the spectacular view. The landscape is a colorful and elegant. Relax on the 32 foot balcony with captains chairs to enjoy the full view of the Emerald Coast.
The kitchen has Granite Counter tops and all the appliances needed for a vacation away from your comforts of home.

Edgewater has two large swimming pools (one heated in winter),toddler wading pool, adult hot tub and a Tiki bar for snacks, drinks and sandwiches during season. There is 420 feet of private white sandy beach for our guests. You will receive two complimentary chairs and umbrella for the duration of your stay.(a value worth $25 per day).
