This is a beautiful family friendly townhome that is less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach and is conveniently located, within walking distance of stores and bars/restaurants but also is quiet, serene and has lovely views. We are in a boat-dock community which is ideal for crabbing, fishing or launching the kayak. Bring or rent a bicycle for a relaxing ride to Bethany Beach or the Delaware State Seashore Park. Enjoy water views and a very peaceful atmosphere.
For golfers there are several championship golf courses within a 3 mile radius. Dover Downs is 45 minutes away for NASCAR enthusiasts. There is tax-free shopping in Delawares' outlet mall with 160 stores and numerous shops.

Why the Owner Chose Millville
My family and I have loved the "quiet resorts" of lower Delaware for many years. The area has maintained a small-town atmosphere with access and views of the ocean, bay and wetlands without feeling like a "typical" tourist area. We have enjoyed tax-free shopping and a "lower slower" pace of life while being less than 3 hours from Washington DC, Philadelphia and Baltimore.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
There are 3 levels of water views (pond, creek and wetlands) from this home, on the first level there is a back sunroom with 4 windows looking onto the pond and on the 2nd and 3rd levels there are large decks overlooking the creek. There is an open floor plan with a family room containing a gas fireplace and large flat screen tv right off the kitchen. There is a jacuzzi tub in the luxury master bath. We have a 2-person kayak, gas grill, cable tv, high speed internet, DVDs, VHS and much more.
