Includes: new bathroom with walk-in shower; full kitchen with all stainless appliances; AC/heat and washer/dryer, two TV's. Internet access. Towels and sheets included. Fully-equipped kitchen. Summer rates for Cottage: By the week $850, or $250/night 2 night minimum.

It was the perfect spot, half way between Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix - everything was walking distance from the home. There were bikes available, as needed too! We had friends stay in the cottage in the back, which was alot of fun. We were able to find everything we needed and had a wonderful time touring the area! Climbed Sleeping Bear Dunes did zip lining too! A great vacation house!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed for two weeks in this house and just loved it. I was there with two teenagers, and two other adults. We had lots of room, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the evenings. The boys used the bikes in the house which were in excellent condition. We also used the bonfire pit two nights and enjoyed sitting under the stars. Only had to use the AC a few nights as the temperatures were moderate. The location is just terrific too! Close to town and beaches. Boys played tennis a few times and used the racquets in the house. Stayed at this house last summer for week as well. Great price for what you get!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
