Welcome to our modern two bedroom condo in a perfect Scottsdale location. We are located one block off N. Scottsdale Road on East Indian Bend.

Our unit was built in 2005 and we refurnished it in summer of 2008 with all new furniture and supplies. We are on the ground floor, corner unit, with a beautiful patio facing the pool and tropical gardens.

We have supplied this unit with all the amenities you will need for an incredible vacation. You have a great view of the gardens and pool, but quite a bit of privacy as well. Please email for additional pictures of our unit.

In a 5 - 10 minute walk you will find Starbucks, Ruth Chris Steak House, Roy's Hawaiian Fusion, The Cove Trattoria, Wine pub, Smoothie bar, shopping, and for the kids, a wonderful train park with train rides, hotdogs, picnics, etc. You may also stroll in the other direction down beautiful walking paths about 5-10 minutes and will end up in a shopping plaza with more great restaurants and an Albertson's grocery store.

For the golf enthusiasts, Silverado golf course is 200 yards from our doorstep and Mc Cormick Ranch is directly across Indian Bend Road.

Hop in your car and drive 2 miles down North Scottsdale Road and you will find yourself in Old Town Scottsdale and the famous Fashion Square Mall. If you travel North on North Scottsdale about 5 minutes, you will find wonderful shops and restaurants in Gainey Ranch, or travel another 5 minutes to the hip new shopping/dining district Kierland Commons.

                          About the owner: We are from Vancouver, Canada, and love the dry climate of Arizona. We love to golf and also own a property at Tobiano Golf Course in Kamloops BC. We prefer to rent condos when we travel and strive to include everything a person could want in our rental unit.
