Close to Seaview Playground and food markets. Near Ocean and Bay (Fire Island is only two blocks wide in our community.)

As a family we enjoyed this property for many years. Children are now grown and have built their own or moved far away with the grandchildren.
Family still uses the house during times when it is not rented. It's great to have the beach so near to where we live in new York City.
