Relax in luxury at the newly renovated "Barefoot Lady", an Oceanfront, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in a quiet beach setting. A large deck on the oceanfront side makes for a great time to read a book by the ocean or take a nap. When you're done relaxing on the beach, enter into the oceanfront sunroom located in the front side of the home. Bedroom 1 is located to the left as you enter. Absolutely beautiful views from the bay style windows are laid out in front of the double size bed. A spiral staircase leads down to the utility room where you will find a full bath and access to the 2 bay enclosed garage.
The main living area extends from the sunroom into an open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Pull up seating at the granite clad bar provides additional room for guests. Relax beside the marble fireplace and take in a movie on the large flat screen television. The sofa folds out into a sleeper sofa for any extra drop-in guests
Continuing down the hallway bedroom 2 is to your right. Parrots and bright colors decorate this room for a light, beachy feel. 1 Twin bed and a twin bunk bed provide sleeping quarters for children and/or small groups. This bedroom also has a flat screen television. Across the hall is the shared bath for bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 3, a very large room with queen size bed, is located at the end of the hallway on the left. Finally, bedroom 4 is at the end of the hallway on the right. Also a large room with queen size bed, bedroom 4 has its own private bath/shower.
