We had a wonderful NYE weekend here. We stayed with two other couples and were quite comfortable. This is a great place to stay with close friends and the rooms are separated enough that you feel like you have your own space. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need and has enough counter space to prep. The place is well kept and has a gorgeous view of the Russian River. The bed in the main house is very comfortable. We would definitely come back here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy getaway.

We really liked this house, especially the guest cottage with loft and the downstairs room off of the recreation room. The view from the upstairs deck and solarium is incredible and overall the place is very relaxing. Our group spent time playing in the meadow and watching the wildlife from the warmth & peace of the solarium. We relaxed in the hot tub, played ping pong, BBQ'd and even watched some trash TV! The place is well stocked, though the kitchen is tiny, a one-person-at-a-time deal. The neighbors are very close here and two doors down there was a party the Friday night we were there so there were some pretty buzzed girls out front talking about boys at Midnight who quieted down when they realized they were bothering other people. The property was very well maintained and the chocolate chip cookies that were there upon arrival were yummy! Apparently there is a neighbor who helps manage the property who bakes the cookies and sometimes stops by to say hi, but we never got a chance to meet her during our 3 night stay. This house is great for a group of couples, or a family with older children, but with super small children would be hard. All together, we loved the house and would recommend it if you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to relax in the country.

We had an AMAZING experience staying here, it's truly a special place! Our 10 year-old son spent hours frolicking in the meadow, kicking around a soccer ball and tossing a football around with his dad, swinging on the two tree swings, and exploring down at the river's edge...he didn't want to leave! We enjoyed delightful lunches under the Springtime sun on the outdoor picnic table, enjoyed mimosas in the hot tub with a spectacular view of the river, and were very comfortable and relaxed the entire weekend. Thank you so much, we will be back!

This property is really charming. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you get there. The posted pictures don't really reveal all the charms of this place. In fact, some pictures make it seem a bit shabby. That's not the case at all. There's a lot of attention to the details and comfort. The kitchen and main living area are on the small side, but well planned out and perfectly cozy for a small gathering. It's not meant for a large family reunion or a party. The rec room has a nice ping pong table and two bikes that kept our kids entertained. Even the big "kids". :) The large backyard and river provide a terrific view and space for the kids to explore. We rode the bikes to town in the morning to get coffee and pastry. Each bedroom is located in a separate section of the property, so it's nice to be able to retreat or join the rest of the party as you choose. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and is planning to rent the property again in the near future.

The pictures don't do this house justice. The view from the deck is truly beautiful. The scenery is spectacular and the house is a stones throw from the river. The house is so comfortable & well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the homemade cookies (thanks Michelle) were yummy. This house is perfect for a couples get-away as well and somewhere to take the family. The hottub was the perfect temperature - a great place to relax after a day of wine tasting.....or hiking, kayaking or ? Thanks for taking care of us Michelle, we'll be recommending this place to all our friends and we'll be back too! :)

This was a delightful vacation property for us. My son and daughter-in-law stayed with us, and on two nights the extra bed came in handy for overnight guests. The kitchen was well equipped, and although we didn't use it, the flat screen TV was a nice touch, and would come in handy if kids were in the group. Michelle did a great job with the minor problem we had, and was very responsive. Thanks, Michelle and Tanya! Thumbs up from all of us.
