  Our family just completed a fabulous one week ski vacation at this awesome condo. There was plenty of room for four adults and two children, ages 9 and 4. The condo is beautiful, clean and well maintained so we could not have asked for a nicer and more convenient place to stay. The two master bedrooms have very cozy king sized beds that make for a comfortable night of sleep after a hard day of skiing. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils required. The condo is literally steps from the gondola, which is a big plus for everyone, especially with two children. You can ski down the slopes within a few feet of the condo at the end of the day. There is a nice view of the gondola, surrounding hills and the Village from the condo. We (especially the grandchildren) enjoyed the hot tub after each day of skiing. Another big plus was that the Great Room and each bedroom were equipped with premium channel TV and DVD players. The other Village amenities are a few steps from the condo. We have stayed at several Northstar Village condos during the past several years and this one is truly outstanding. We will definitely use it again next year. Brad, the owner, was very pleasant and accommodating—another big plus.

  Was lucky to rent the condo in February for a few days with my wife and two kids (5 and 3). Working with Brad before arrival was effortless, all questions answered and responses were fast. Condo is wonderful - furniture and decor are just perfect, very good for a mountain condo. Condo is 2-3min walk to the gondola, the photo you see of the gondola is right from the balcony, it's that close. Was a little worried about noise with two young children but once you close the windows/doors we didn't hear a thing. Will return to Northstar and would not hesitate to use the same condo - the kids couldn't understand why we didn't just live there!

  Our first visit to Northstar this summer was wonderful! The village was peaceful. This is a very nice and clean unit, and its location in the village is great. From the balcony, we were able to listen to the concert playing at the rink...as if we were in the front rows. Truckee is close by and great to visit. The Lake is absolutely gorgeous and easy to get to. Overall, we had a great experience! The owner was exceptional to work with, making the whole rental process easy. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are actually coming back during March to stay here for skiing. This unit is highly recommended for those that appreciate renting from a good owner and those that respect a clean, well maintained unit.

  My family enjoyed a week's stay in this lovely, spacious condo during spring break 2011. Our experience was picture perfect! We found the unit to be exactly as it was represented in the online listing. The condo is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, fully equipped with anything you might need, and the ultimate in comfort and convenience. A short, one minute walk and you're literally stepping into the gondola to midmountain. At the end of the day, I was able to sit on our balcony and watch my family ski into the village. It's that close! The ski locker is steps from the front door of the building. Even the parking garage was ultra convenient, with ample parking spaces and lots of carts available for transporting luggage and groceries to the unit. You simply cannot ask for better. The owner was exceptionally easy to work with, and was even flexible on a couple of issues we needed help with. We found the Northstar ski instructors to be superb, there was plenty of powdery snow, and the scenery was outstanding. My boys (ages 11 and 13) were pleased to find cable TV (with premium channels, no less) and DVD players in both bedrooms. And we all appreciated how easy it was to walk to dinner each night. I would highly recommend this owner and this unit. When it comes to comfort, no detail has been overlooked. It's like being at home -- only much,much better! We will definitely be back for another vacation. Thank you, Brad, for making this a perfect vacation for my family.

  Gorgeous 2-bedroom condo was exactly what we wanted and needed. Large, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped. We travel to Northstar a few times in the winter season and then again in the summer. This was our first time renting this unit and we will definitely be repeat tenants. The Big Horn building is so close to the gondola and slopes that it was very convenient heading back to the condo for lunch and then out again for more skiing in the afternoon. With a 5-year old, being in the Village puts everything just steps away and makes for a very relaxing trip. Thank you so much Brad for making this such a smooth and easy transaction. We look forward to renting your condo again!

  My family and I had a amazing time, This Condo was very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. ( we cooked every one of our meals there ) The owner guided us on all our concerns. I would highly recommend this condo and would also stay there again. I travel the world and there is not many place I would stay at the same place again!! It was so close to the Ski lift and all other amenities you need. The view from the balcony was the best in the Village. We love the Village at Northstar! Thank You!!!!
