Wonderful custom upside down home in Tom Nevers! Large living space with wide pine flooring, high ceilings and overhead beams. Beautiful kitchen with new custom cabinets, new white Carrara marble counters, new stainless range, new dishwasher and microwave. There are two dining areas including a casual sunny breakfast bar and a bright dining are for 8. There is a large living room with all new seating and a very large flat screen TV for movies and entertaining! There is a lovely view off the second floor deck of Tom Nevers and a distant view of the ocean. The sunsets are always beautiful from here!
Down the hall there is a lovely Master suite with two closets and a full bathroom. There is a deck off the Master bedroom.
Two additional bedrooms on the first floor share a full bathroom with a double vanity. One has two twins and the other has one twin and one Queen bed. There is another Queen Master bedroom on the first floor with two closets and a full bathroom. There is also a private deck off this Master. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. ALL the bathrooms have new tile flooring, new vanities, new sinks, new toilets, new fixtures and new lighting!! All the linens are included as is a standard three hour cleaning at the end of your stay! You may request a mid-week cleaning for an additional fee.
There is an outdoor shower off the side of the house. There is a large yard with outdoor furniture and BBQ, a new Bocce Ball court and plenty of parking. The neighborhood is private and friendly!
The Tom Nevers beaches are just a short one mile bike ride away. Pebble Beach is about two miles away and offers great fun in the surf! The town of Sconset is only 2 miles away on the bike path where you can enjoy the guarded beach, the general store, a take out sandwich shop and several lovely restaurants! We offer a few beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella to make life a little easier!!
