We loved it! Great place to stay. What an awesome cooking facility from the bbq'er to all the wonderful cookware and utensils. The kitchen is amazing. We invited family from the area over for a bbq and everyone had a great time .. even with the rain. The description is very accurate and the location close to downtown made it easy to see all the sights. It was so nice to have a pet friendly place to stay. Thanks for sharing your rental.

Hello David. We finished our three night stay in Portland at Cora Flats this morning, and enjoyed the trip very much. Thanks for making this place available on VRBO. This place is a very comfortable and nice home. The bathrooms and kitchen were great, and I must say that the kitchen was the best arranged and supplied for cooking of any VRBO place I have stayed at (and that is several). The location could not have been more perfect for us--very convenient to downtown and the southeast neighborhoods. The patio and private side yard are really nice, and I enjoyed spending time out there when it wasn't raining. I would recommend Cora Flats to others.

My husband and I lived in the Hawthorne District for over a year and we love to come back and visit everything we miss. This year we brought some friends with us to show around and we stayed at Cora Flats. It was wonderful and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. It was just what we expected from the photos and is nicely designed with unique touches. We didn't have a chance to use the patio becuase of the rain but we would love to come and stay in the summer. The location was perfect for all directions we went from downtown, to the coast, Hood River, and south to Woodburn. We look forward to our next trip to Portland and Cora Flats!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apt was clean, well kept, and had loads of character. We have a toddler, so I was a little apprehensive about the staircase, but everyything worked out. I would love to return in warmer weather so we can enjoy the back garden area. It was so peaceful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

David, We finished our five night stay in Portland at Cora Flats a few weeks back and just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the place. The location could not have been better-my wife was taking a four day glass-fusing class at Bullseye Glass, which was located right up the street. The location was also convenient to downtown and the other southeast neighborhoods. Your attention to detail is apparent, and made for a comfortable stay and relaxing time. This was a work trip up to Portland for 3 of us, so working during the day and coming 'home' was extremely nice departure than going back to a hotel. The place was lovely, clean, and beautiful area. It was in the perfect location, from our offsite work place. David was very nice to deal with and helped me out with my questions. I would highly recommend a stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The photos of the river scene did not do this place the justice it deserved.it is much larger than we thought as well as cleaner and new looking.all three bathrooms were beautiful,big and new looking.as well as perfect kitchen with all anyone would need.very well kept house.we will definitely be back again.also a great location.I also was happy there were no odors,smelled very clean.not often we stay somewhere that is so much better than we expect.we will have great memories of our visit at the river scene.also thanks to Leslie for all her help,great person!
