We have returned to the Fraser area for 4 years in a row and feel so blessed to have found your house. Our 2 girls absolutely love the property and my husband and I find it to be perfect for our family. The accommodations are perfect, the location is convenient. The house is well stocked with everything we could ask for. It is also very clean. Thank you for sharing your house with us! We plan to return to this house each year we travel to the Fraser area. Wow! This home was very special. We felt very priviledged to have this cozy, immaculate home opened up to our family. We celebrated the New Year by staying here with our young children (we live in Colorado) and in-laws from Illinois. There was nothing but perfection to say about this place. My husband and I have visited the area for 10 years. The location is perfect for all the winter activities you would want to explore! Upon arrival we were going to go out but it was so nice that we didn't go anywhere. Down to the towels, everything was exceptional. I know you will have a stay to remember here..great for relaxing, hanging out with family, outdoor activities, watching the view which is Winter Park ski slopes, I might add!! Thank you for supplying the binoculars. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a special place! Tom and Jayne, Duncan and Lily, Gammy and Papa!
