Situated in the prestigious gated community know as 'Solana Resort', this 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom two storey luxury Executive villa, furnished and fitted to the highest standard with a large South facing pool (not overlooked at the rear) with a Spa (with separate controls) and a Games Room.
The lounge with a 56" TV with DVD, PlayStation and games is furnished with large comfortable sofa's and an armchair.
The dining room, with a beautiful formal dining set is adjacent to the very well equipped kitchen, with all cooking utensils and equipment, crockery, cutlery and glasses, dishwasher, large oven, microwave and coffee maker.
The breakfast nook seats 4 persons for informal dining and overlooks the pool area.
The Master bedroom boast's a 6' four poster bed (with upgraded mattress) TV with DVD, a large walk in closet with safe. There is a huge en-suite with large bath/tub, walk in separate shower and toilet.
The second bedroom is fitted with a Queen size bed, with en-suite bathroom consisting of bath, overhead shower and toilet, this bedroom also has a TV.
The third bedroom has a full size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and a large TV. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have twin beds, offer ample closet space and again each has a TV.
The Games Room consists of a Pool Table, Air Hockey and a Foosball Table. The room has twin wall mounted fans for added comfort.
The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 (all in beds) and comes fully equipped, including use of stroller/cot/high chair. There is also a safe in the villa.
The truly superb communal facilities on offer at 'Solana Resort' really cannot be over-stated. Fabulous resort size pool with extensive deck area, ample sun loungers, also with cabanas by the pool.
Hot Tub, Kiddies Pool, Sand Volleyball, Kiddies Play area plus a gymnasium with great facilities. A snack bar and a large 4,000 sq. foot Luxury Club House. All these great amenities/facilities are absolutely FREE to use for all guests for the duration of their stay.
Without doubt this is one of the very best premier villas to be found in this excellent gated development...both in terms of it's location, refinements and the overall quality of the fixtures and fittings.
