This condo was new in 2006 and has been beautifully maintained.
It has been rented out infrequently and is in excellent condition. You will find high end furnishings, linens, artwork etc. Furniture is very complete, comfortable and was provided by the owner who is an interior designer.
Accessories, dishes, kitchenware etc. is of good quality. Kitchen is complete with most things you would ever need for cooking or baking. Quiet location. Nice breeze off the mountain and a beautiful view of the ocean.
Honl's beach is just across the street and the pool with an infinity edge is beautiful and clean with many lawn chairs to enjoy deck side.
The perfect place to watch the sunsets and see all the activities from the bay. Wake up to cruise ships in the bay and watch them leave at sunset.
Enjoy watching the activities that take place on the Kailua Pier from the lanai or walk the short distance to town and avoid having to find parking.

Year Purchased: 2006
We live in Oregon and are in the construction business. Between us we build and design/decorate residential homes and small offices. We have been married 25 years and have enjoyed coming to Kona for the last 10.
Why the Owner Chose Alii Cove
The big island has something for everyone. Whether you are an active person or just want to relax and enjoy the warm sun, you will find what you are looking for on the big island. Weather is perfect year round. 80-90 degrees most days. You can stay on the Kona side of the island and stay warm and dry or travel over to Hilo and enjoy waterfalls and rainforests. The volcano is a huge attraction and is a mustsee at least once. We have been coming to Kona a couple of times a year now for 10 plus years and have not gotten tired of enjoying all it has to offer.

This is a new condo complex with a beautiful infinity edge pool, a great hot tub and a complete exercise room. Most people live here full time and the complex is a quiet wonderful place to spend your vacation. It is conveniently located and is within walking distance of the pier and downtown Kailua.
