This cozy 2-story home features a Great Room with beam ceilings, an open granite kitchen, and an over-sized rock-wall fireplace. Old Tahoe-style décor blends with French Country furnishings to lend homey warmth to your surroundings. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on this main living area. The Master Suite grants you a private place to retreat, with its queen-sized bedroom and adjoining Spa bath, complete with a walk-in Sauna, Jacuzzi tub, and 6-headed shower.
Bar-b-cue on the large deck overlooking the Golf Course, or choose to take your picnic to one of Incline’s 2 private beaches for a Beach BBQ! We do it even in the winter! Breathe in the pine-scented morning air…feed the bluebirds…and plan a fabulous day in one of the world’s most precious natural destinations: Lake Tahoe.
Recreation abounds in Lake Tahoe, and Incline offers it all: Beaches with playground equipment and 1 with an outdoor pool, Tennis Center, Recreation Center with an indoor pool, basketball courts and full Gym and fitness classes. Recreation passes are provided for complimentary beach access and recreation discounts. Nearby the Hyatt Lake Tahoe Resort, Casino and Spa offers gaming and entertainment with a full spa.
In the summer, both the Championship Golf Course and the Mountain Golf Course are within minutes from the house. During the winter, you can snowshoe or cross-country ski on our Mountain Course or head to Diamond Peak (3-min drive) for some downhill or snowboarding. Mt. Rose, NorthStar Resort, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley USA are all within 45 minutes.
