If you go across the ferry to the Balboa Peninsula, enjoy the merry-go-round, shops, restaurants, rent a boat or ski doo, take the Catalina Ferry to Catalina Island, or just hang out at the Newport Beach. This house is less than a 15 minute drive to the beautiful artistic town of Laguna Beach (on the way pass through or stop and enjoy Crystal Cove State park on the right – and more shopping/restaurants on the left) and in the opposite direction, the hip trendy surf town of Huntington Beach. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are about 30 minute’s drive away.
GOLFERS: The newly reopened and renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course and Resort (featuring the world’s largest circular pool and beautiful spa), home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 5 minutes away.??
