Located on the Pete Dye Stadium course which is considered one of the toughest courses in the world. It is host to PGA Qualifying School and has hosted the Skins Game and Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. It is one of the three public courses in PGA West and adjacent to Silver Rock Resort which is one of the ten best new courses in the country. Public Stadium clubhouse Restaurant just finished $5M renovation.
Close to two pools as well as lots of shopping, night life and restaurants. Polo fields and Hunter Jumper facility within five minutes.

Why the Owner Chose PGA West
I live here and think it is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's purely an investment for me. I have never spent a night in the rental but think there is not a nicer place to stay in the Coachella Valley than PGA West. You won't find a better value on the rental market price/upgrade/furnishings/location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The night views of the Santa Rosa Mountains which are lit are spectacular. Few people enjoy this many upgrades where they live, let alone rent.
