I live here and think it is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's purely an investment for me. I have never spent a night in the rental but think there is not a nicer place to stay in the Coachella Valley than PGA West. You won't find a better value on the rental market price/upgrade/furnishings/location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The night views of the Santa Rosa Mountains which are lit are spectacular. Few people enjoy this many upgrades where they live, let alone rent.
