This condo is located in sunny Poipu on the dryer side of paradise. From the lanai you can walk out to watch the turtles play and the whales spout. The building is situated between two of the best snorkeling beaches in Kauai, as well as one of the best restaurants, renowned for fabulous food and sunset views.

The condo was well appointed and well maintained!! Loved our ground floor unit! And, the owners were extremely helpful in answering our questions. Enjoyed watching the turtles and Kauai roosters right outside our condo. And, it was fabulous having the Beach House restaurant right next door. The food was yummy and the sunsets spectacular! I enjoyed my morning walks to the nearby small, boat harbor. Our condo was close to everything in the Poipu area. We aslo dined at Roy's at Poipu, Brennecke's, and Casa di Amici. And, a trip to Lappert's Ice Cream Parlor in Kukui'ula Shopping Village was minutes away. My husband and I would highly recommend this lovely property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in #102, which was a nicely appointed, clean and comfortable condo. The location is fantastic - right on the cove with the sea turtles, very little foot traffic, and close to everything. It was especially nice to be able to stroll directly out the patio door to the lanai and the edge of the cove without having to go all the way around the building as the upper units would have to do. I wouldn't have changed anything about it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Your condo is beautiful! Looking outside from the living room and dining area was picture perfect every day! We enjoyed ourselves immensly. We especially liked the added touches of home like the CD's and the I-pod player. We didn't have to travel great distances to do our touring because of the condo location. By reading others' 'comments in your guest book, we learned more about the condo and area. GREAT RESOURCE! My husband and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary on this trip. It was paradise. We wish we had more time here. But no matter how long we stay, it will never be enough! We'll always be saying I wish I had one more day. Maybe next time we'll stay a month! PS.
