Our Condo is on the first floor, elevator located just steps away from two car garage and is golf course level on the patio side. Black Rock is a gated complex on the Black Rock Golf Course. Sunbrook Golf Course has three beautiful championship courses, The Pointe, Woodbridge and Black Rock and has been rated by Golf Digest as the "#1 Public Golf Course" in St. George. Our Condo overlooks the 7th green which is rated as the hardest hole on the Black Rock nine. This does provide great entertainment while relaxing on the ground level patio. The patio is furnished with a table, chairs and Weber BBQ.

The relaxing, comfortable living room has a 32" TV, cable, DVD, stereo and a beautiful view of the spectacular mountains of St. George. The sunsets are breathtaking, both bedrooms also enjoy this view.

A split design of the condo with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the living area provides privacy to each bedroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bath with a large jetted tub, 2 sinks and a big step in shower. Guest room also has a king size bed, TV, private bath with shower. Both bedrooms are of good size. All linens are supplied as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils plus some, such as a crock pot, waffle iron, blender and more. Other items include an iron and ironing board, all the comforts of home.
Clubhouse with pool and hot tub about 50' from condo.

  • WE STAYED AT THE PLECKS CONDO AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL UNIT. PRIVATE QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL. NICE FULL PATIO WITH BARBEQUE GREAT FOR SITTING OUTSIDE NICELY LANDSCAPED AND YOU CAN WATCH THE GOLFERS AT THE 7TH HOLE WHICH IS FUN AT THE WATER HOLE. THE KITCHEN WAS FAB CATHY THE OWNER REALLY HAS IT WELL STOCKED WITH ALL YOU NEED NICE POTS AND PANS GADGETS ECT.I HAVE STAYED IN ALOT OF CONDOS AND THIS ONE IS TOP NOTCH WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED OWNERS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.   • This condo was a wonderful choice for us. We spent two months here. Before we chose the Pleck's condo, we looked at others in the same area. This condo had the best golf course view! We loved watching the golfers. The Plecks had everything we needed and are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything is clean, comfortable and attractive. Other pluses were the mountain views and proximity to Snow Canyon, groceries etc. I'm not sure that you could ask for more in a vacation rental.
