Charming & Delightful Home in Oro Valley, Arizona

This is a really delightful home and beautifully furnished for a rental property that did not cost an arm and a leg. In fact, the monthly rental rate we paid was very reasonable. Extremely comfortable and we really appreciated the large, bright and well equipped kitchen. Set up worked well with guests as there are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Location is excellent - you can walk to a large drug store, large grocery store and an excellent little Italian restaurant. Close to wonderful hiking, golf and cycling.
Owner response:We always enjoy having new guests discover why we love our getaway so much in Oro Valley, AZ

Our group of 3 cyclists were eager to escape from our cold Ontario weather and were greeted by temps in the mid 80's to low 90's for 10 wonderful days. The only thing better than the warmth and sun were the accommodations at this quiet and peaceful property. All the amenities one could ask for in a rental home and a beautiful pool and hot tub with jets that felt wonderful after a day of cycling the mountains around Oro Valley. Large garage leaves plenty of room for bicycles and accessories, in house laundry and a grocery store just a 10 min walk away is suited to cyclists. Tony and Betsy were fantastic to deal with and were as friendly and welcoming as their rental home in our correspondence. We will be making another trip to Oro Valley in the future and would love to stay at their home again. John, Pete and Pete. Ancaster, Ontario, Canada

We found our 3 month stay in this La Canada home in Oro Valley very comfortable. There was ample bedding and linens, a decent stocked kitchen (including garlic press, wine glasses, casserole dishes, etc.). The owners are very easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. We are cyclist and found easy access to desert riding and mountain climbing. Great location to grocery, dry cleaners, restaurants and Starbucks! NOTE: Poca Cosa Restaurant is worth the drive downtown.

We found this to be the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all Tucson has to offer. Accommodations were very comfortable and top notch - we instantly felt right at home. Access to golf, mountains, shops and restaurants was easy. We also enjoyed staying in. Privacy of backyard is great for morning coffee or evenings under the stars. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a round of golf or for simply unwinding. Can't wait to do it all again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
Owner response:We are always very happy to have people from all parts of the US like Sandy and Larry stay in our wonderful home in Oro Valley and enjoy the central location, amenities, golf and warm evenings under the stars in Oro Valley. Hope they'll be able to come back next year.

Betsy & Tony Once again, your lovely Oro Valley house is the perfect spot for a vacation - comfortable and well equipped, close to Tucson attractions, and a great place for a restorative time. Watching the stars, picking limes from the backyard, and floating in the pool contribute to a wonderful home away from home. Looking forward to renting again in 2011.
Owner response:We love having previous guests like Susan come back and re-discover the restorative beauty and peace of our home in Oro Valley. We are looking forward to her return next year. Tony & Betsy.

Your house was just perfect, well situated and exactly what we were searching for. Tuscon is a very nice city and very safe for biking. We went biking to the main national parks and were very impressed by the landscape and vegetation. Thank you again.
