Large family gatherings can be enjoyed year around in a perfect mountain getaway at Moose Crossing. This lakefront cabin has a private sandy beach which provides a great place to relax while having clear views of the peaks in nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. Use the row boat or canoe for fantastic fishing on the stocked 14 acre private lake. Large open outdoor area for numerous activities.
Guest Accommodations
Relax around the river rock fireplace in this Swedish style two story cabin or outside on the spacious south facing wrap around deck. 7 bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for all guests. There are 4 bedrooms with Queen beds and 3 bunk rooms for adults or youth.
Kitchen and Dining
Love to have the entire family together at dinner? The dining area can seat 12-14. The kitchen, and main floor living room are all open and have access to the deck that has a view of the lake.
Location
You will be staying just a few miles from the entrance of popular Rocky Mountain Park. The cabin is off Highway 34, around 20 miles north of Granby and 5 miles North of Grand Lake.
The Village of Grand Lake is very quaint, the town that time forgot! Grand Lake boasts of repertory theatre and parades in the summer months as well as hiking and exploring the variety of trails in the area. Dine out at one of the many restaurants in the Village or prepare your own meals back at the cabin. Additional seasonal activities include Fall Aspen viewing in the crisp mountain air, Moose viewing, Cross Country skiing, downhill skiing and snowmobiling.
